Lead Technical Project Engineer

Primary duties will be to provide the following:

  • IT related on-site and remote support
  • Installation and upgrade hardware & software
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network, server, workstation and software problems

Technical Requirements:

  • Three or more years experience as a Microsoft Windows Network Engineer
  • Experience with installing, troubleshooting, upgrading & administration
  • Good communication skill via phone and in person

Skills:

  • Knowledge of Domain, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy setup and management
  • Experience setting up and managing a domain for 10-50 users
  • Knowledge of VPN (Point to Point IPSEC)
  • Experience setting up VPN for 1-10 sites
  • Experience setting up and managing an Exchange server
  • Knowledge of Routers and Firewalls
  • Ability to Configure SonicWalls and similar devices
  • Knowledge of VoIP phone systems
  • Experience successfully setup and manage business VoIP systems
  • Knowledge of how to gather information to quickly & effectively troubleshoot new issues.
  • General HIPAA knowledge
  • Experience working with medical clients

Compensation:

  • 60k - 80k annual salary
