Some believe that the Cold War ended in 1991, when the Soviet Union fell apart. In retrospect, many observers also believe that a golden opportunity was missed to heal the wounds inflicted by over 45 years to hostility between the Washington and Moscow. Rather than encouraging development of a Russia that would adhere to Western European norms for elections, transparency and individual liberties, some in Europe and America instead sought to steal the country’s natural resources and other assets, a process that went on for some years under President Boris Yeltsin. The looting went hand-in-hand with particularly inept political moves on the part of President Bill Clinton, who ignored end of Cold War agreements to not use the break-up of the Soviet Union as an excuse to bring its former member states in Eastern Europe into NATO or any other military alliance hostile to Russia. The process of NATO expansion continues to this day, together with military maneuvers and the placement of new missile systems right along the Russian border, increasing Moscow’s justifiable paranoia about its security.

The military moves have been accompanied by a political deep freeze, particularly ironic as President Donald Trump during his campaign for office pledged to improve relations with Russia. They are now at their lowest ebb since the hottest days of the Cold War, including as they do the totally bogus sanctioning of Russian government officials under the maliciously conceived Magnitsky Act and the ongoing saga of Russiagate, which blames Moscow for interference in America’s 2016 election, so far without any real evidence being provided.

For those who think all of this is theater, think again. Some critics are beginning to recognize that the United States has become a country addicted to war and one need look no farther than the federal budget, where everything is being cut except military spending, which is set to increase even though there is no country or group of countries in the world that genuinely threaten the U.S.

Two recent stories in particular demonstrate just how far Washington has gone towards accepting that war has more-or-less become a natural condition for the United States of America. The first is an articleAfter years of fighting insurgencies, the Army pivots to training for a major war” that has largely been ignored, regarding how the U.S. military is changing its doctrine and training to enable it to fight a major war against a powerful national opponent. Previously, the armed forces were emphasizing countering non-government hostile agents like al-Qaeda and ISIS, the so-called counter-insurgency doctrine or COIN. According to Pentagon spokesmen, the shift is in recognition of the fact that over the horizon major conflicts are no longer as unthinkable as they once were.

According to the article, U.S. commanders are now beginning to emphasize the type of training that prevailed during the Cold War, tanks against tanks, artillery bombardments, and use of close air support. The change in doctrine derives from the 2018 National Defense Strategy assessment, which identified four national players that might go to war with the United States. They are major powers Russia and China, supplemented by nuclear North Korea and conventionally armed Iran.

The transition was discussed by former and current senior officers at the recent annual meeting of the Association of the U.S. Army, with particular concern being expressed that the “lessons learned” from the past seventeen years of insurgency warfare not be lost as the military returns to a more conventional model. There was also concern that the army is insufficiently resourced to continue to fight insurgencies while also taking on a major conventional component. Some officers believed that the army can handle both jobs simultaneously, but others were not so sure, observing that one really needs two distinct armies, one trained for conventional warfare and the other trained for insurgency operations, which are far more likely to occur and which are more difficult to manage.

Gen. Stephen Townsend, head of the Army’s Training and Doctrine Command, explained that “The future of war will be a hybrid threat. There’ll be everything from tanks and missiles and fighter-bombers down to criminal gangs, terrorists, suicide bombers and guerrilla cells. … We’re going to have to do all of that, the full spectrum of conflict.”

General David Petraeus, the “very model of a modern major general” i.e. one who never actually experiences combat, put his finger on why the change to conventional warfare is taking place now. It’s all about money, or as he put it, “it’s about getting resources. And big wars get you big resources.”

Retired Lt. General Guy Swan explained the challenge for the Army in military-speak, citing the career of his son, a West Point produced first lieutenant “…who hasn’t deployed to Afghanistan or Iraq, and what he’s been doing has been tank gunnery. He is focused on Russians and other high-end competitors.”

Between Petraeus’ comment on “big” resources and Swan’s on enemies to be killed as “high-end competitors” one might well begin to understand what today’s bloated defense establishment is all about. More money and business school jargon to euphemize wars and killing, with little regard for the possible consequences, including those competitors’ possession of nuclear weapons and the ability to deliver them on target. Russia has already warned that if it were attacked by a superior force (NATO) it would used tactical nuclear weapons as a first resort to defend itself. So much for learning tank gunnery.

The second article, also little commented on, made plain that the “competitive” army that is now evolving won’t be just some pretty toy sitting on a shelf unused. The former US commander in Europe from 2014-7 retired Lt. General Ben Hodges spoke at the Warsaw Security Forum on October 24th, where he told NATO allies that they would have to increase defense spending because the United States will not be able to protect them against a “resurgent Russia” while it is fighting China. He predicted that the U.S. will probably be at war with China within 15 years to protect its interests in the Pacific region.

Hodges cited increasing tension between Washington and Beijing in the South China Sea, China’s alleged “constant stealing [of] technology,” and Beijing’s perfectly legal purchasing of infrastructure in Africa, Latin America and Europe through the funding of and investment in projects. There was no mention of China actually threatening the United States and those were presumably Hodges’ reasons for going to war against a powerful nuclear armed nation.

Hodges is currently a strategic expert with the Center for European Policy Analysis, a Washington-based think tank that is heavily funded by globalists, NATO governments, and democracy promoters. Supporters include the U.S. government funded National Endowment for Democracy, the U.S. Mission to NATO, the NATO Public Diplomacy Division, the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Department of State, the Lockheed Martin Corporation, the Raytheon Company, the European Defense Agency, the Chevron Corporation, Bell Helicopter, Textron Systems and BAE Systems. Oh yes, and also the neocon heavy United States Institute of Peace. The Center’s “experts” and staff are top heavy with Eastern Europeans who are focused on the threat from Russia, as is the institute. Donations to the Center are fully tax deductible by the IRS.

The awfulness of the two articles should be evident. The Army is only “under-resourced” if one considers its appropriate role to be continuously fighting countries in Asia and Europe that pose no threat to the United States. And the reality is that there is no reason for China and Russia to be viewed as threats at all. They are only turning into enemies due to the actions of the United States in their own neighborhoods, to include the NATO expansion and other provocations in the Middle East. Regarding China, the U.S. clearly believes that it is entitled to a sphere of influence that includes the entire Pacific Ocean while China cannot assert that it has any interests on own doorstep in the South China Sea.

And then there is the Strangelovean General Hodges and his pro-war establishment think tank. I wonder how much he gets paid for being a dependable mouthpiece for continuous aggression? He “predicts” war with China within 15 years. And what are the issues for what would justify risking a nuclear war? China stealing technology and protecting its local interests in Asia. And investing in the third world to acquire access to resources, which is precisely what the United States and Europeans have been doing to their benefit for many, many years. Smedley Butler once opined that “war is a racket.” If he were around today he would probably say that it is in reality a low-risk high-cost business designed to keep “heroes” like Petraeus, Swan, Townsend and Hodges fully employed.

Giraldi, Ph.D., is Executive Director of the Council for the National Interest, a 501(c)3 tax deductible educational foundation that seeks a more interests-based U.S. foreign policy in the Middle East. 1. Reminds me. I noticed we’ve budgeted six billion to fight ISIS.

Now, generously, ISIS might have sixty thousand fighters. We could simply pay each ISIS fighter who agreed to desert a hundred thousand dollars and wrap this up in about a month without firing a shot.

  2. ‘…If he were around today he would probably say that it is in reality a low-risk high-cost business designed to keep “heroes” like Petraeus, Swan, Townsend and Hodges fully employed.’

To be fair, one can hardly blame these individuals for advancing reasons why they should continue to be employed.

More seriously, if the scales ever do fall from our eyes concerning the lack of any rational need for our grotesquely bloated ‘defense’ establishment, that’ll only be the first step.

So much of our country is now dependent on it — not just economically but culturally — that we’ll actually need to dismantle it gradually, over perhaps a decade or two. Simply pulling the plug on the ninety percent or so of it that we don’t actually have a need for would be catastrophic.

The U.S./Israel supports ISIS and Al Qaeda in Syria. They spend large amounts of money providing protection and material support to ISIS/AQ. I wouldn’t be surprised if American taxpayers are also funding ISIS & Al Qaeda retention bonuses and pensions.

We fund and support ISIS and have since their inception, as does Israel and Saudi Arabia. Fighting ISIS is just “theater” for the public. ISIS is our proxy army (of mercenaries) to take down Syria (Assad) at the behest of Israel. The US is controlled by Israel and American zionists. Everything is the opposite of what we’re told. The zionists control all the central banks and therefore control all the governments. Wars and crimes against humanity will continue until this changes.

  5. General Hodges’ prediction of a war with China inside 15 years is wishful thinking. We currently cannot safely get closer than 1,000-2,000 to China’s borders and, 15 years hence, China’s economy will be three time bigger than ours and her military correspondingly more formidable.

Never going to happen. Pulling the plug is the rational, effective way to do it.

Catastrophic on what or whom? All the money spent is now savings. That mean capital for investment. Everyone tied to the industries simply go to wealth creating, rather than wealth destroying, sectors.

It certainly would be pure suck for the housing prices in the DC region. Not so much as you think everywhere else. Besides, maybe Lockheed could take up the next generation of TVs or commercial aircraft, General Dynamics for from tanks to cars, swords, plowshares, like that. Look at the engineering and manufacturing talents tied up with weapons, imagine it focused elsewhere. Maybe we could have, I dunno, a SPACE PROGRAM again?

  8. Have to respectfully disagree somehow. It is not really America that wants more wars, let alone American people. It is the puppet master who controls the US, UK and the west, who is instigating war in desperation to save itself. The people of the world, including American people want peace not war!

Remember it is them who looted Russia after the end of cold war !

    https://www.thenation.com/article/harvard-boys-do-russia/

And now as always they are scheming to start a WWIII, just like WWI and WWII.

The good people of the whole world, including American people, want peace not war!

Is there any hope of avoiding a Nuclear Winter ? What can be done here and now?

Just look at how they control and enslave the US and UK, for example…

  9. There’s probably more than just a few ways to look at the mess these ‘people’ have made, but here’s just a couple:

    1) from a social psychology maturity standpoint, these are a class who’re stuck in a child’s very self-important ‘make believe’ mode of play. Something is stunted here, maybe we need to recruit better military officer candidates than football jocks that can do algebra. Are social awareness and ethics even tested for, to gain entrance to the service academies? Probably too late to sort that, it’d be 20-30 years before a change in mindset came to influence the levers at the top. Meanwhile we’ll likely have blown this planet to kingdom-come.

    2) from a criminal-practical, e.g. Chevron board director standpoint, a bigger-badder boogeyman is necessary to take even mildly prying eyes off the utter failure of COIN where everywhere in the world one looks at the USA’s COIN presence, terrorism has mestastasized.

Aside from the above, when your leadership can’t even sort what to do or how to escape a NATO nation’s intelligence agency penetrated by al-Qaida to point of Trojan horse, other than bend over for the perfectly predictable geopolitical blackmail phallus, one can only wonder whether our species is properly doomed to extinction:

For me, Phil here exhibits the most irritating of blindspots at the core of most Americans’ discussion about their military.

The USM isn’t “fighting countries in Asia and Europe” to protect America. It long ago grew far beyond what’s necessary to secure the American nation against foreign threats. The various National Guards and Coast Guard are probably adequate for that. Somewhere along the way it took on a qualitatively different mission. Since then it’s been fighting for Global Hegemony.

Global Hegemony is the mission its civilian elites & overseers have set it, and that’s the mission it’s trying to execute when it goes off in search of monsters to destroy in the Hindu Kush, the Levant, and in the S. China Sea.

Given its mission, it’s wholly “appropriate role” is to be fighting everywhere, all the time until Global Hegemony is secured. Global really means global.

Over the past decade, Russia and China have emerged as the biggest monsters out there, and they’ve grown to a size and influence that now threatens, not the American nation, but the USM’s primary mission. So, they must be fought and fought successfully. If they’re allowed to develop peacefully, the USM’s mission is forfeit, dreams of Global Hegemony die, and America shrinks back to being a normal Great Power at best, or a bankrupt failed state at worst. Having bet the farm on the mission, the latter is more likely, so failure is not a contemplatable option.

Given the mission, the only question is how to fight Russia & China while keeping all the peripheral mini-monsters at bay. The answer, as any bureaucrat knows, is to add resources.

May I point out, Mr. Giraldi, the solution to all of this is right in front of us .

Every individual behind every think tank, media outlet, journalist enterprise, and crooked politician who conspired to defraud us into illegal war should have all their assets seized, right away, to pay down the heinous debt their lies created.

Let there be no doubt, the crime (just like the DEBT the crime inseminated) is “crystal clear”.

Seizing the assets of ALL our lying “war of aggression” oligarchs is the most intelligent way to pay for everything,….. including our military budget.

The actual reason the Pentagon has been told they will be going to war against China is because China is actually backing up its currency with GOLD, not thin air, like the FED.
China has offered to switch any yuan any nation has received for selling China goods with GOLD, except they will NOT take the worthless FED notes.

Once that kicks into high gear, the days of the USD being used as the world’s reserve currency will be over and so will the USA, so the bankers and FED have told the Pentagon to stop that, using ALL means necessary, even if it means we wind up as radioactive rubble.

Similar to the surge of US Federal Reserve Notes used by Petraeus to quell the Iraq insurgency.

  23. @Paul C.

I’ve frequently had occasion to ask the reason for ISIS’ theatrical and cartoonish violence. Why, if it genuinely wants to establish a Caliphate, does it act exactly like a stereotypical Hollywood Evil Enemy That Must Be Destroyed By The Good Guys? It could have easily created its Caliphate without the orange jumpsuits and videotaped beheadings, which in any case were pointless in terms of strategy (it didn’t do an iota of harm to the alleged Western enemy). Instead they increased the likelihood of a foreign intervention, which, if ISIS were to be considered to be a serious movement, would only harm its own long term prospects. Also, in that case, the signal failure of America to hurt ISIS from 2014-15 (or during its attack on Palmyra in 2016) is incomprehensible. Why weren’t long columns of ISIS fuel lorries in the Iraqi and East Syrian desert touched until the Russians began bombing them? Why did America bomb Syrian Army positions at Deir Az Zor, allowing ISIS to capture Jebel Thardah and cut off Deir airport from the city? Why did America train and arm “moderate rebels” whom the trainers knew were Salafists who would desert to ISIS and al Qaeda at the first opportunity?

However, if you assume that ISIS is a tool of western imperialism, and its cartoonish violence is meant only to create an image as an enemy who must be defeated by all means, even if that means involves several new wars of choice and the permanent imperialist occupation of much of the resource rich areas of the planet, then it suddenly makes more sense.

Orwell pointed out in his book 1984 that wars are not meant to be won, wars are meant to loot the nations involved for the elites and to terrorize and keep the people on both sides in a state of hysteria and fear and by that measure the Zionists have accomplished that goal.

The Zionists who control the U.S. gov created ISIS aka AL CIADA along with Israel and Britain and NATO along with the support of Saudi Arabia and thus provided the world with the killer mercenary armies to provide the terror and hysteria to destroy the Mideast which the Zionists have done!

What can bring down the US is countries using currencies other than the US dollar to pay for oil and other things, thereby weakening the dollar, causing interest rates to rise which will shatter the patina of economic strength that’s just barely covering the massive amounts of debt.

There appears to be some difficulty in outright trashing a 4-star who managed to get a bit of doctrine rammed down everyone’s throat. There’s a momentum in DoD that takes a while to overcome, but it’s been a long time since any training scenario was to have more than 20% COIN related material in it.

And if the divided “three-Christianities” in Moscow, Rome and London/Washington weren’t exploited by the united three-Judaism, there would be peace in the West… blame lies within!

  39. Washington has gone towards accepting that war has more-or-less become a natural condition for the United States of America.

War, mass murder and dispossession have been natural conditions right from the country’s inception, much as we may wish to bury our heads in the sands of denial. Our foot soldiers have been rendered into automatons who cheerfully kill for the elites and who, with equal zeal, do the saber rattling from the comfort of their sheltered luxurious homes. Each act of aggression has been an instant of yet one more lesson not learned. Not for the warmongering elites, not for their obsequious foot soldiers. It would seem that the main lessons learned are on improving the methods employed in mass murder. And now with dreams of total hegemony occasioned by unbridled greed, nothing short of fulfilling that dream – a nightmare for the rest of mankind – would suffice. The rest of mankind has long ceased to count. They never did – right from our nation’s inception. The racism and addiction to war go hand in hand. Is it in America’s DNA?

  42. The “party line” used to be that Gorbachev was given assurances that NATO would not be expanded up to the borders of the Soviet Union. That, of course, became meaningless once the Soviet Union collapsed and the communist regime came to an end. Now, we’re told that there were “end of Cold War agreements to not use the break-up of the Soviet Union as an excuse to bring its former member states in Eastern Europe into NATO”. This is the first I’ve ever heard of any such agreements. With whom does Mr Giraldi claim such agreements were made with? Until the Soviet Union actually collapsed, nobody thought it was going to, least of all Gorbachev. Why would Gorbachev make an agreement covering a hypothesis he was totally unwilling to envisage? That makes no sense other than as “pretext politics”: if one pretext doesn’t “sell”, trot out another which leads to the same conclusion.
Conversely, even if it is assumed that Mr Giraldi’s claims are accurate, how does he propose to solve the problem the US has created? He doesn’t say. He just complains about the situation but has no proposal to offer. He doesn’t even propose that the US should capitulate to Putin. The US may well have created a vicious circle, bringing forth a revisionist in Russia who can now only be dealt with by war in the same way that the Versailles Treaty brought forth a revisionist in Germany.

‘Thus the lines are drawn. The choirs are marshalled on each wing of the world’s stage, Russia leading the one, the United States the other. Yet the world is too small for both, and the contest must end in the downfall of the one and the victory of the other.’

According to the 1853 book, it is to be the future global projection of US air power that is to give to the United States the final victory over Russia and its ground forces.

    The New Rome (1853) – pg.155-156

“1. Capitalism can not and will not survive without an enemy”.

This is false. Capitalism does not find its basis in making enemies but rather in people freely engaging in perceived mutually-beneficial transactions.

As a matter of fact, I would argue quite the opposite. The power and ability for capitalism to create wealth for anyone has endured in spite of its enemies to kill it off and replace it. I, for one, am thankful for this phenomena.

Now, if you mean crony-capitalism or state-capitalism, well, that’s a different matter and I would have to agree it’s actors need enemies for it to thrive and survive. For a select few, of course.

Who taught you that “capitalism” needs war, or an enemy to fight ?

Where did you chance upon this fraudulent concept ?

Is there some philosopher, or political thinker you are referring to ?

Perhaps you should look at a few of the hard facts , to find out if its true ?.

Consider that in the year 2000, before our catastrophic, illegal “neocon” wars of aggression ,the USA had a sterling balance sheet …

It was not only sterling…it was outstanding !

We had a Debt to GDP ratio of almost 1 to 2 (5.6 trillion in debt/ 9.8 trillion GDP), our economy represented over 25 % of the entire worlds productivity..we were operating at a fiscal SURPLUS of around 200 billion per year. We had , by far, the most powerful military (costing 250 billion per year)..there were no major wars, whatsoever, and our country was as “capitalist” as any on the planet.

Where would the USA be, today, had we not been defrauded into obscenely expensive, illegal “wars of aggression “,by our belligerent neocon oligarchs ?

We would be the unrivaled, most envied economy of the entire world.

Both our dollar and or bonds would be “pure gold”.

As a matter of fact, our treasury bonds would be so sought after, we could literally write our own ticket, and the world would still gobble them up….hand over fist.

But just look at what has transpired , because we were defrauded into these heinous, catastrophic wars by our belligerent Neocon oligarchs.

Our “healthy” yearly capitalist surplus of 200 billion, was defiled into a monstrous, pernicious “war deficit” of over 800 billion dollars per year …for over “17 years”.

Our national debt has grown so massive it has now ECLIPSED our entire GDP by over one trillion dollars , producing a NEGATIVE Debt to GDP ratio of 1 to .95 (2018 -Debt 21.6 trillion/ GDP ..19.6 trillion) for the first time in American History

This in not “capitalism”, Mr Ahwazi, this is ” war fraud” …massive, systemic, illegal, “war fraud”!

Get your facts right ! Learn your ass from your elbow before you start equating illegal, criminal :wars of aggression” with a healthy vibrant capitalist system.

Our neocon, illegal “wars of aggression” have nearly EXTERMINATED the entire solvency of the United States in under 20 years.

The late Jude Wanniski was highly critical of the rape of Russia. He believed that the Russians themselves would see the inefficiencies of the old Soviet central planning system and gradually move to a market system. He predicted that the devastation, and that at some point the Russians would begin returning to state ownership in the large sectors of the economy.

Paul Craig Roberts was another who opposed the Harvard boys, understanding the long term damage it would cause. Roberts, by the way, maintained that real trickle down economics was never implemented. I suspect he would blame the harvard boys for that.

What is driving NATO up to Russia’s border is US hegemony.

yes, that’s true. But why are countries like Poland or Ukraine allowing the Fiend to use them for future Russian missile sponges?

Because Russia does not sound contrite over the Soviet horrors and enslavement of their respective sovereign nations.

So this lingering hostility over the evils of the Soviet madness and WWII, are cynically used by ((NATO)) to get Poland or Estonia to host NATO weapons and menace Russia.

It’s all about the false narrative, that has Russia purporting to be the liberator of Europe.

Which is a diabolical and monstrous thing for an enslaver of men and nations to claim.

The Red Army rapists did not liberate anyone. They simply imposed a different kind of horror show on those nations than what the Nazis would have imposed. Just because they were “equalist” enslavers, rather than ‘meritocratic” enslavers, does not mean their enslavement was any more palatable. Especially for the people of merit – like the men with their hands tied up, standing at the edge of a ditch in a Polish forest.

If they join NATO they’ll have no sovereignty….they’ll be controlled by the US like all NATO members.

it is madness for them to team up with the Fiend. They’ll lose and lose big.

But the only reason they’re willing is because of Russia’s intransigence over ‘The Narrative’.

Russian’s tender egos demand that they pretend Russia was a great liberator, and this is a devil’s lie, and will result in the Fiend’s hegemony over Eastern Europe.

All Russia has to do to castrate the Fiend would be to repudiate the Soviet horrors, allow the former satellite states to remove the hated monuments to those evil days from their sacred soil, and move forward with peace and reconciliation. Trade and prosperity.

Let the Fiend stew in its juices as Russia and Germany and Iran and China all partner up and tell the Beast to go pound sand. Estonia needs NATO like it needs a bullet in the head. But as long as it feels more menaced by an ascendant and unrepentant Russia, it will become more vulnerable to the treachery of the Fiend. And allow NATO to use it like a pawn.

This could all be defused if Russians could be let their precious egos take a slight bruise, and forgo the idiotic and preposterous narrative of the Soviets as “liberators”.

Amongst your at least understandable questions the question why the US didn’t destroy ISIS’s oil business is a particularly telling one.

If one assumes the worst it still seems unlikely that the US or even the Israelis or Saudis could have designed and created ISIS out of whole cloth from the beginning. So, let us assume that they saw the creation of the beginnings of ISIS from an Al Qaeda breakaway in Iraq and – no doubt they would have done this – wondered how to exploit it.

Israel’s obsession with Iran and the Assad and Hezbollah connections is a given. And that’s on top of Balkanising the Arab ME. Saudi support for Sunnis would make the ISIS damage to Iraq’s Shia government a plus for the KSA. US Western allies, and even some US neocons, apparently believed in the Arab Spring and the spread of what America laughably calls democracy to the benighted justified by such slogans as “obligation to protect”. So, you get rid of the nasty Assads because you think you can, unlike the Kim dynasty in North Korea or the Saudi royals, Iranian Ayatollahs, or even Burmese generals. The UK’s William Hague, with his every box ticked CV once impressed me but he was gungho for Assad removal, and who now thinks that was a great idea?

I doubt any comprehensive plan or even set of motivations. But *some* Israel succour of ISIS seems both established and rationally comprehensible. No doubt other bits of the puzzle also have rational explanations of rational self interest (even if unrealised).

A connected thought arises from seeing one and a half episodes of a quite well made but too long TV series called “Pine Gap” which, if one believed the detail, would have it that the American and Australian 5 Eyes [Echelon?] staff at Pine Gap in central Australia could pick up individual vehicles and cell phones 5000 miles away in real time. It certainly makes some questions about MH17 and the ISIS oil production and distribution seem realistic.

    Very much so. Great post!

In my book sovereignty first and foremost means earning your keep and paying your bills. Post-Soviet countries that do that (e.g., Azerbaijan or Kazakhstan) get full respect from Putin and the Russian people and actively develop mutually beneficial trade with Russia. The “sovereignty” of those who can only exist with massive loans (present-day Ukraine, ruled by, as you said, “imbeciles in Kiev”) or EU subsidies (Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania) is an illusion. If their populace believes in “sovereignty” for other people’ money, they are morons deserving no respect whatsoever. Anyone with half a brain knows that free cheese is only in a mousetrap.

As to horrors, Bolsheviks were true internationalists in their crimes, so Russian people suffered no less than others. Not to mention that there were lots of Jews among leading Bolsheviks, the head of Cheka Dzerzhinsky and his right-hand-man Menzhinsky were Poles, Bolshevik party remained in power in 1918 largely thanks to ruthless Latvian storm troopers, Stalin and Beria were Georgians, whereas Khruschev and Brezhnev were Ukrainians. So, who should apologize to who?

What’s more, the USSR built industry and infrastructure in satellite countries, which the EU mostly destroyed in the Baltics and Eastern Europe, and which ruling imbeciles (not only recent ones, all of them since 1991) kept stealing and destroying in Ukraine. How much respect does the populace that allowed that deserve? As far as, quoting you, “peace and reconciliation” goes, let me just say that it takes two to tango.

True you will find that the US has an inordinately large arms industry sector of its economy and the American system of all the democracy you can buy means they will deploy lobbyists who are not likely to promote pacific solutions to international problems. True, some will remember that the US didn’t really achieve a Keynesian recovery from the Great Depression until the inadequate measures to promote demand by government in the 30s were overtaken by demand for war production (and wages to servicemen while their wives joined the workforce). None of this makes capitalism as a functioning whole depend upon war.

  119. @Wizard of Oz

What became ISIS had its genesis in one Abu Musab al Zarqawi, a Jordanian thug turned jihadi who got religion and went off to fight the USSR in Afghanistan. Like other jihadis, he was welcome to go, but less than welcome to come back, and was fairly promptly imprisoned on charges of promoting terrorism when back in Jordan. When King Abdullah took over he was released as part of an amnesty and permitted to go to Pakistan; the Jordanian security services knew well that he was up to something but didn’t mind as long as he was off jihading somewhere else. From Pakistan he went to Afghanistan, then after the American invasion, from Afghanistan to the Kurdish “state” in Iraq, where the Kurds let him set up a base with other jihadis from Afghanistan. After the Iraq invasion, he promptly recruited jihadis and unilaterally set up an al Qaeda franchise in Iraq. This franchise, strangely enough, didn’t fight the occupation – its targets were Shia, both civilian and other Shia militia fighting the occupation. This by the way was in direct opposition to al Qaeda boss Ayman al Zawahiri, who advised not attacking the Shia. Still, Zarqawi’s success was enough for Zawahiri (and bin Laden or someone claiming to speak for bin Laden, assuming he was still alive) to officially recognise Zarqawi’s al Qaeda in Iraq (AQI). The AQI’s primary target remained Shia and its primary purpose a sectarian civil war in Iraq, which of course meant that both sides had little energy left over to fight the occupation and in fact legitimised the occupation, which could claim it was there to maintain order. By the time Zarqawi was killed in an airstrike in 2006, the anti occupation rebellion had already long since morphed into a civil war, so he had served his purpose. By 2007 the Americans switched to paying tribes to not rebel, so the violence temporarily decreased, with the remnants of AQI biding their time, under a new chief who had been a former American prisoner, Abu Bakr al Baghdadi. It came after America began arming and funding Syrian jihadis in 2011-2, with whom AQI of course had long links. By 2013 AQI was all over East Syria as well as rising again in Iraq, and set up a Syrian franchise, Jabhat al Nusra. Then there began differences over oil and revenue between Baghdadi and Jabhat chief Golani. Zawahiri took Golani’s side, ordered Baghdadi to limit himself to Iraq, and hand over Syria to Golani. Baghdadi of course refused, and with the majority of al Nusra defecting to AQI, he combined them to form ISIS.

All of which tends to show that while America didn’t actually create ISIS, it certainly allowed it to happen, and was more than happy to use it as a tool,as Kerry admitted in a recording in 2015 or 6 as I recall.

    Racist bile 2.0

In the r/K continuum certain groups will have a difficult time integrating into the systems of law or governance tethered to the notion of the nuclear family because of the fecundity of their female population/early sexual maturation combined with the oversexed rhythms of screwing from the savanna.

One reason that Asians and Jews heretofore landed at higher positions in the socio-economic pyramid is partly sexual maturation. Teen pregnancy is rare-often impossible-and by the time females reach their prime child-bearing years in their early twenties they are less likely to become pregnant out-of-wedlock.

Apply this Darwinism to economics and you have young people who can devote 100% of their time and energy to education or making money while the other ethnic groups cannot because they have fathered forgotten children due to the hyper-sexual rhythms of the savanna to which their female gender long-evolved a much higher and earlier fecundity.

Fertility clinics are rare in the ghetto or barrio. They are synonymous in the Jewish or WASP communities.

Sexual selection is also different. There are more Elliot Rodgers “incels” among the white and Asian middle-class populations. Males who cannot possibly meet the expectations of the white or Asian female population who will be unable to reproduce. They do not have the Alpha masculinity of the black (Or sometimes Hispanic) or the earning power or credentials of the suburban white or Jew or Asian. So they are unable to produce with anyone.

  121. Remember, a privatized military does not defend our country it defends its profits. They’re not loyal to America, they are loyal to the interests of Israel, Banks and Wall St. They’re not fighting to make America a better, safer place, quite the opposite, we all know that these wars are making us less safe, and much more hated by more and more people that are no different than us.
They are not fighting for our freedom, we lose more and more freedom each day that passes.
They are not fighting for our economy, we are now 21 trillion in the hole after 17+ years of nonstop war. Someones gotta pay, who you think it will be? Think life is bad now? America will be sold out to the highest bidders to pay these debts.

This is a very dangerous road we are on, if you think for one second they will not do here what they are doing all over the world you are dead wrong. If their profits are ever put in danger by fed up Americans, the mercenaries and death squads will begin assassinating pols and people just like they’re doing right now all over the world to our brothers and sisters. I predict it won’t be too long before armed drones are being used in America.

Our entire political system is a fraud. Our govt. is illegitimate in every sense of the word. I don’t see it getting any better without violence, or full scale collapse, which is likely to include violence as well, like PCR has said recently. No one in DC, nor the Trump regime, is interested in peace or bringing about any sort of positive change.

I’m pretty sure collapse is near, that is why they are trying to turn us all against one another, left vs right, black vs white, rich vs poor. They want us fighting one another when it all comes down, instead of turning our attention to them, the ones who cause all of this. Try to remember when it does that your neighbors are not the enemy. The ones that control the money, write/sign the laws and policies, are. Lets not forget the “media” AKA propaganda arm of Wall St. and the Zionist, big time enemy.

The entire Antifa vs Proud boy thing is a psyop to do exactly that. So while they whine about incitement and hate speech, MSM are doing it to us 24/7/365. Trying to incite us to kill each other. There will be a major false flag sooner or later, to be blamed on Iran, Russia, China, Venezuela, wouldn’t surprise me if they used a nuke in a big city.

Heres exactly what Major General Smedley Butler USMC said in a speech delivered in 1933.

I spent thirty- three years and four months in active military service as a member of this country’s most agile military force, the Marine Corps. I served in all commissioned ranks from Second Lieutenant to Major-General. And during that period, I spent most of my time being a high class muscle- man for Big Business, for Wall Street and for the Bankers. In short, I was a racketeer, a gangster for capitalism.

War is just a racket. A racket is best described, I believe, as something that is not what it seems to the majority of people. Only a small inside group knows what it is about. It is conducted for the benefit of the very few at the expense of the masses. I believe in adequate defense at the coastline and nothing else. If a nation comes over here to fight, then we’ll fight. The trouble with America is that when the dollar only earns 6 percent over here, then it gets restless and goes overseas to get 100 percent. Then the flag follows the dollar and the soldiers follow the flag. I wouldn’t go to war again as I have done to protect some lousy investment of the bankers. There are
only two things we should fight for. One is the defense of our homes and the other is the Bill of Rights. War for any other reason is simply a racket.

There isn’t a trick in the racketeering bag that the military gang is blind to. It has its “finger men” to point out enemies, its “muscle men” to destroy enemies, its “brain men” to plan war preparations, and a “Big Boss” Super-Nationalistic-Capitalism. I suspected I was just part of a racket at the time. Now I am sure of it.

I helped make Mexico, especially Tampico, safe for American oil interests in 1914. I helped make Haiti and Cuba a decent place for the National City Bank boys to collect revenues in. I helped in the raping of half a dozen Central American republics for the benefits of Wall Street. The record of racketeering is long. I helped purify Nicaragua for the international banking house of Brown Brothers in 1909-1912 (where have I heard that name before?). I brought light to the Dominican Republic for American sugar interests in 1916. In China I helped to see to it that Standard Oil went its way unmolested. During those years, I had, as the boys in the back room would say, a swell racket. Looking back on it, I feel that I could have given Al Capone a few hints. The best he could do was to operate his racket in three districts. I operated on three continents.

    Peace!

Is there one US general who does not publicly support Israel 100%?

Or Congressman? Or media person? Or administration official?

That’s how totalitarianism works. All power holders have to conform to keep their places in the Nomenklatura (well paid collaborationist positions), and the elite are careful to weed out dissidents. The system runs on fear – generals are scared, congressmen are scared and journalists are scared.

However, public unrest does cause problems for totalitarians. On a large enough scale, it can overwhelm their security (call it their secret police), forcing state power out into the open in street confrontations, and at some point, the military or Homeland Security can start to crack and disappear or change sides.

The key point is that “100% public support of Israel” is not genuine, and will be quickly abandoned when calculations of self-interest make it possible.

An good example of the dynamic was the quick (1989) overthrow of the Ceausescu regime in Romania:

Unless we’re willing to turn all of America’s assets, resources, tax revenues, minerals below, and above ground over to the Bganksters, war is the only answer. Personally I think The Central Bankers want a major war, and they always get what they want. I am reminded of what Mayer Rothschild’s wife said: “If my sons didn’t love war so much there wouldn’t be any”. That was back in the 1760s. And what does history show? War, war, war, revolution, war, revolution, revolution, war, war, and more war. Makes sense to me.
This time it may be a little different. Traditionally the Central Banks have financed all sides until a winner can be determined, then the creeps stop funding the ones losing, and seals their fate. Today Russia and China have been buying gold and taking physical delivery, a lot of it. Are they smart enough to self finance the next war? I think so. Do they have enough? Let’s hope so. As they won’t be so indebted to the bankers, when it’s over, and they have won, are the bright enough to liquidate all the families including entire blood lines. Payback for Czar Nicholas. Right? That’s what needs to be done.

How did we get to be like this?

“We” were like this from the beginning and we got that way by letting the “Federalists” impose the constitution on us, and by continuing to let ourselves be led around by the nose and to have our wallets rifled through.

I address my most fervent prayer to prevent our adopting a system destructive to liberty. Let not gentlemen be told that it is not safe to reject this [new]government. Wherefore is it not safe? We are told there are dangers, but those dangers are ideal; they cannot be demonstrated…

We have been told of phantoms and ideal dangers to lead us into measures which will, in my opinion, be the ruin of our country. If the existence of those dangers cannot be proved, if there be no apprehension of wars, if there be no rumors of wars, it will place the subject in a different light, and plainly evince to the world that there cannot be any reason for adopting measures which we apprehend to be ruinous and destructive.

War, mass murder and dispossession have been natural conditions right from the country’s inception…

True, and many people recognized it and objected to it. The warmongers have always prevailed, however.

The American historian, Warren, wrote this in 1805. I’d say she was wasn’t just talkin’ trash…

…from the pride and success of military manoeuvres, to which they had been accustomed, they felt themselves superior to all civil subordination or control. This is usually the case with all armies or detachments from them, in all countries, after they have stood their ground long enough, to feel their strength sufficient to indulge that military tyranny which grows by habit, and makes a standing army a fit instrument for the support of the most cruel despotism.

Cohen (Indianapolis: Liberty Fund 1994). 2/3/2018. http://oll.libertyfund.org/titles/696#Warren_0025-02_1005

  130. @Garreth Smith

Are you kidding? There was no war with North Korea since 1956. When was NK a threat to the US? Never. Trump did some saber rattling, sent a few aircraft carriers their way (thousands of miles from the US, BTW), lost two airplanes, and retreated. Then met Un, talked to him, did not sign any agreement, did not do much, so Un said that as the US is not prepared to meet him halfway, he won’t move, either. End of story.

Syria: under Trump the number of the US troops in Syria (who are there illegally) increased. Russia, Iran, and Hezbollah beat the crap out of some terrorists, Erdogan at Putin’s urging tamed some more, while the US keeps training new ones in the South-East in the futile hope to use them against Assad again. “Assad must go” talk stopped – likely because it became too ridiculous even for neocons. The end of that story will be the same as in Vietnam, but that will come in a year or two.

According to former CIA director Richard Helms, when Allen Dulles was tasked in 1946 to “draft proposals for the shape and organization of what was to become the Central Intelligence Agency,” he recruited an advisory group of six men made up almost exclusively of Wall Street investment bankers and lawyers. Dulles himself was an attorney at the prominent Wall Street law firm, Sullivan and Cromwell.

Who, in their right mind, would ever choose to fight a war of aggression , at cost ?

The past 18 years has been the greatest era of criminal “war profiteering” our neocon overlords could ever imagine.

The problem is “every penny “of their criminal war profits has been STOLEN from the pockets of the next generation of taxpayers …producing a ‘mind numbing’ TWENTY TWO TRILLION DOLLARS of heinous F#CKING DEBT in under two decades.

It is the greatest criminal pilfering of future taxpayer wealth, by the one percent, in the entire history of western civilization.

If you are going to try to argue it has somehow “grown” the economy,….My god man, how I wish I could make that argument with you…I really do…then there might be some saving grace to all this.

The scaly truth is the exact opposite.

The heinous cost of these criminal wars has so OUTPACED our nations economic growth …it has actually ECLIPSED it , for the first time in history,by over a TRILLION DOLLARS.

That’s right, Mr Hooch…The Neocon War Profiteers Criminal War Debt has now EXCEEDED the ENTIRE Gross Domestic Product of the United States of America.

What you are witnessing is the wholesale destruction, by looting, of the greatest nation on earth.

  145. @Rurik

Ever since Jewish supremacists got hold of the US Treasury …

The same criminals also opened the flood gates to immigrants from Eastern Europe a century ago, and just as they did to Germany then, (hundreds of thousands from Russia found a home in Germany back then) they’ve been busy taking the country to new lows. Most of the Reds, the worst mafiosi, and other gangsters were and are the result of the immigration of some of the worst scum of the world and the result is that their descendants have this country in a death grip.

Of the 200,000 or more Jews who congregated in the capital, [Berlin]a quarter were aliens who had not yet acquired German nationality. Many of them had poured into the country during the post-war upheaval from the ghettoes and slums of Eastern Europe …

In Walter Mehring’s The Merchant of Berlin , produced at the height of the Jewish supremacy by the Communist stage-manager, Piscator, the hero, a poverty-stricken Jewish emigrant from the East, soon has the whole town at his feet with his wonderful adroitness and freedom from bourgeois moral scruples. Amid shouts of laughter he derides every cherished symbol of German morality and national pride and holds them up to ridicule. The soldier’s corpse and steel helmet, which are swept away with the scourings of the street by a chorus of scavengers, are shown to weigh nothing when set in the scales against the predatory courage, the quick cunning and the rollicking sensual opportunism of the little hero. To the disinherited German they stood for something very different for love of country -for constancy and devotion, for a sense of unquestioning duty now shamed and made the sport of the gutter…

It was the contrast between the wealth enjoyed — and lavishly displayed — by aliens of cosmopolitan tastes and the poverty and misery of millions of native Germans…

The US military and “Christian” Zionists have long been huge parts of the problems as well. The enemies have long been within and have been posing as allies and protectors.

    * The book is a “must read” for anyone interested in the real holocaust of the last century. Bryant was a rabid Anglophile, “Nazi-phobe,” and Hitler hater, but does provide a stunning picture of the sufferings of the German people as a result of the perfidy of Albion and its allies and the terrors of the Red menace.

  146. Skeptikal says:
    @Erebus

Peter AUS and ERebus: this of course makes sense.

There is no more real taxable wealth in the USA to channel more to the military, unless of course one did the unthinkable, and taxed the .01 % to pay for their war.

So, assets must be found elsewhere. Still the question presents itself: How to transform Russia’s assets into cash quickly to pay Lockheed et cie? Is this where the gold comes in?

Wouldn’t this whole war against Russia—to grab her assets— have to be fought on credit?

Of course, with our trillions of debt I guess everything this country does is already on credit. But China holds the debt instruments, right? So how would that work? Cancel the debt to China?

    A historical apercu:
John K. Thornton, in A Cultural History of the Atlantic World, lays out clearly how European monarchies needed CASH in order to fight their wars, and this was one of the driving motivations in the Age of “Discovery” (heh-heh, “discover” silver and ship it back to Spain). His point (I think it is his—or, maybe another writer’s) is that Spain and other European monarchies and empires were on the point of crashing and would have done so without the influx of “free” cash from the New World.

Perhaps the same dynamic is at work now, in the other direction.
But it cannot be the same dynamic, because it will not be as easy to fool and enslave the Russians and Chinese as it was to rout the pre-Columbian populations of Mexico and South America.

Actually, looking at the historical precedents, the Northern Europeans, with their colonial settler regimes in North America, could be seen as being more successful in the long run than the Iberian regimes to the South. Certainly settler colonialism was the Zionist idea. Wasn’t this also Hitler’s basic idea? Or was the Lebensraum concept a combination of the two? Settler colonialism cum enslavement?

It is interesting that for centuries violent incursions have incurred in an East>West direction—as peoples (Genghis Khan et cie) sought arable land and water (rainfall), pushing native Europeans before them, until these were also moving west. Is this historical tide turning, with the “westerners” pushing back east?
An idea that could end life on earth.
We are certainly living in interesting times.
Maybe the rallying cry for sanity should be:
“We just want to die in our beds!”

Look who bought up large portions of the South after the “Civil ” War, and who owned large parts of German real estate after WW1.

There were a few, of course, who profited by this gigantic transfer of [German] property …Theirs had been the opportunity of buying up the assets of a nation at “ knock-out ” prices. While others were selling, frantically and at almost any sacrifice to save themselves from starvation, they had been purchasers.

It was the Jews with their international affiliations and their hereditary flair for finance who were best able to seize such opportunities…

They did so with such effect that, even in November 1938, after five years of anti- Semitic legislation and persecution, they still owned, according to The Times Correspondent in Berlin, something like a third of the real property in the Reich. Most of it came into their hands during the Inflation.

For while the Zionists try to make the rest of the world believe that the national consciousness of the Jew finds its satisfaction in the creation of a Palestinian state, the Jews again slyly dupe the dumb Goyim. It doesn’t even enter their heads to build up a Jewish state in Palestine for the purpose of living there; all they want is a central organization for their international world swindle, endowed with its own sovereign rights and removed from the intervention of other states: a haven for convicted scoundrels and a university for budding crooks.

It enables the arms manufacturers and their people time to shift focus. It’s hideous that they’re looking for more wars simply to support themselves. There has to be a way to refocus their efforts toward something other than nukes and missiles and fighting ships. Imagine the Cruise Ships, the oil carriers, the container ships Newport News Shipbuilding and Dry Dock (They have a different name, but they built the Nimitz Class, perhaps their finest work) could build instead of building Ford Class aircraft carriers, which are junk.

Yes, it’s Russia that did all that, with constant hostile interference from the US. There is absolutely nothing good that Trump did in Syria, zero, zilch. He hasn’t done a lot of harm, either, whether because he was unwilling or unable – that is unclear. Either way you look at it, Syria isn’t Trump’s achievement.

    On the good track, IMHO.

Nothing new here. Well, except just that one thing: the Bomb.

If it hadn’t been for the Bomb we would’ve seen a proper war between these two ages ago.

The problem is, in my view, really simple. So simple that, as far as I know, almost nobody bothers with it.
Like this simple: we have to change the way we live. Live.
We have to take a good and hard look at the way we live and change it.
    Hehe…sure.

Ain’t gonna happen. People don’t do that. They don’t see the shit coming and try to prevent that. They don’t think, get the shit in the face and then, and only then start doing something about it.

What we have now in West? Because West drive the current paradigm, East reacts.
Two “options”. One, “progtard” for a lack of better word, doesn’t even register that their way isn’t working and, more importantly, react on any setback with MORE of the same. Or…REPEAT, harder.
At the other hand we have people who want REPEAT of good old times. The same what was before.
No side even tried to think about something new.

Bottom line, I am absolutely positive that, sooner or later, we shall see a nuke exploding somewhere. That will send a message “we should do something about it”. And….I give 30/70 % chance we’ll do it.With people in charge of all that can’t be more optimistic.

As I keep saying…hehe…we here will, at least, have two months longer than the people who caused all that. Shitty two months, of course, but still.

There are numerous “capitalist” countries, around the world , doing extremely well, without spending ANY money fighting stupid “endless” wars ….

    Like no money at all.

Perhaps one of the reasons China’s economic growth has so outpaced ours over the past 18 years, is that it has spent its wealth and resources building out its economic infrastructure , not squandering it on perpetual wars all over the place.

In China, the middle class has, in fact , exploded while NOT making illegal war.

Back home, our middle class has “eroded” because making illegal war is ALL WE DO.

I do not see the argument for a nations economic growth being bound up with spending trillions upon trillions bombing people in far off lands…..Not at all,…If anything the exact opposite is true.

So Samuel told them everything the LORD said. 11 Samuel said, “If you have a king ruling over you, this is what he will do: He will take away your sons and force them to serve him. He will force them to be soldiers—they must fight from his chariots and become horse soldiers in his army. Your sons will become guards running in front of the king’s chariot.
12 “A king will force your sons to become soldiers. He will choose which of your sons will be officers over 1000 men and which will be officers over 50 men.
“A king will force some of your sons to plow his fields and gather his harvest. He will force some of your sons to make weapons for war and to make things for his chariots.
13 “A king will take your daughters and force some of them to make perfume for him and some to cook and bake for him.
14 “A king will take your best fields, vineyards, and olive groves. He will take them from you and give them to his officers. 15 He will take one-tenth of your grain and grapes, and he will give them to his officers and servants.

Israel ‘selling nuclear information’ to Saudi: Israeli expert

Israel is selling Saudi Arabia information that would allow the kingdom to develop nuclear weapons, a senior Israeli nuclear expert has revealed.

Ami Dor-On, a senior nuclear commentator with the Israeli military organization iHLS, said the cooperation has been made possible in the wake of the widening ties between Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and is indicative of an emerging nuclear arms race in the region.

“This information should shock us as we see the world is changing for the worse, following the race for the possession of nuclear weapons that pass right over our heads in the Middle East,” the Middle East Monitor quoted the expert as saying on Thursday, citing a report by Arabi21.

Israel Aiding Saudi Arabia In Developing Nuclear Weapons

    June 04th, 2018

IYADH, SAUDI ARABIA – The Israeli government has begun selling the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia information on how to develop nuclear weapons, according to a senior official at the Israeli military organization iHLS (Israel’s Homeland Security). Ami Dor-on, a senior nuclear commentator at the organization — which is partially funded by U.S. weapons-giant Raytheon – came forward because of his concern over the emerging nuclear arms race in the region. The cooperation between the two countries in helping the Saudis to develop a nuclear weapons program is just the latest sign of their warming relationship, with Israel recently calling the Saudi crown prince “a partner of Israel.”

It remains to be seen whether it is the trillions on war – including invalided veterans’ costs – is more significant than the apparently unsustainable commitments to pensions and healthcare in an age when even most obese people are living longer.

Trump is so clearly prompting, recklessly, presumably not deliberately, the replacement of the $US as the single preeminent world reserve and tradingcurrency that the reduction of finance by foreign savers at negligible or even negative real interest rates may hit heavily quite soon (say 7 years rather than 15 or 20).

Of course invention and innovation remains key** to beating all the negatives and despite all the evidence provided by WN losers that America (like Europe) has been breeding dysgenically for over 100 years there are going to be enough smart people in the world to keep up the increasing pace of technological and other innovative and adaptive advance for many decades. Chinese theft of IP could even be a plus overall (imagine Chinese LVADs becoming available at a tenth the American price just as a thought experiment to illustrate the balancing realities).

As a species we shall stumble through and it seems unlikely that the amazing losses of great advances for centuries will ever again be repeated though the artificial intelligence we will rely on to keep track of the infinity of discovery may prove to have built in human-source limitations that prevent it from noting, preserving and promoting the greatest potential leaps forward (or back?).

Keynes’s delightful 1930 fantasy “Economic Possibilities for Our Grandchildren” could rationally be repeated today but the mostly realistic genius would be equally likely to spell out our inveterate destructive habits that would/will kill the possibilities.

**OK The new radical Pope’s mission, arm in arm with an Ayatollah and a Wahabi imam, to lower the African birthrate from total fertility nearly 5 to under 2 is a logical fantasy to conjure up, but a fantasy, nonetheless, like genetic engineering turning out two dozen African Field Medallists by 2090.

This assumes that there are developments on the horizon that actually provide jobs to people such that they can generate enough income to support themselves until they die. Suppose large numbers of people are kept alive by advances in medicine. What if those people don’t have any money?

While there are a lot of things that could be built and produced, very few of them make any economic sense. For example, everybody could take up skydiving and buy a wing suit. Outside of the people at the airport and the people making the wing suits it is basically a huge waste of resources.

Things like the internal combustion engine, electric motor, and microelectronics that revolutionize entire industries don’t come around very often and their devlopment is limited by the laws of physics.

    NATO’s Terrorist Bases in Europe

“NATO and the United States, which, together, claim to be fighting some sort of amorphous “global war on terrorism,” have enabled a terrorist group to establish bases in two NATO member states – France and Albania and one NATO protectorate, Kosovo. After evacuating forces of the anti-Iranian terrorist group Mojahedin-e-Khalq from their former bases in Iraq, the United States and NATO facilitated the group’s establishment of a well-guarded military base in Manez, Albania, near Tirana. In addition to hosting MEK members, NATO has convinced Albania to accept members of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), who surrendered to Western special forces in Syria and Iraq.

The MEK was founded in 1965 and it has the unusual distinction of taking action to overthrow both the former government of the Shah of Iran and the Islamic Republic of Iran by relying on terrorist actions. In the early 1970s, the MEK embarked on a program of assassinating Iranian officials and U.S. personnel in Iran. The Iranian Revolution of 1979 saw the MEK’s program of bombings and shootings increase in intensity. The MEK is led by the husband-wife team of Massoud and Maryam Rajavi, who opponents and ex-members of the MEK describe as leaders of what has become known as the “Rajavi Cult.” The Rajavis abhor criticism and have been known to silence former MEK members-turned-critics by having them constantly harassed or worse, assassinated.

The MEK’s most notable terrorist actions included:

the attempted kidnapping in 1970 of the U.S. ambassador to Iran, Douglas MacArthur II, the nephew of the famed World War II general.

the attempted assassination in 1972 of U.S. Air Force Brigadier General Harold Price with an improvised explosive device (IED).

the assassination in 1973 of U.S. Army officer Louis Lee Hawkins in Tehran. That same year, the MEK assassinated U.S. Air Force officers Col. Paul Shaffer and Lt. Col. Jack Turner.

the 1973 bombings of Pan-American World Airlines and Shell Oil offices in Tehran.

the assassination in Tehran in 1976 of three American employees of Rockwell International — William Cottrell, Donald Smith, and Robert Krongard. U.S. President Gerald Ford said he hoped that “the murderers will be brought to justice.” Instead, they are treated as heroes and the future government of Iran by bi-partisan leaders in Washington.

MEK threats to kill Presidents Richard Nixon and Jimmy Carter during their respective May 1972 and December 1977 visits to Iran.

WW1 and WW2 worked out well profit-wise for US industrialists – and the industrialists were at least able to mass produce weapons, vehicles, ships etc. to help tip the balance against German Imperialism (while opening the gates to just as bad Stalinist totalitarianism).

Total War WW3 style = nuclear ICBM’s = radioactive wastelands (the destructive power of total nuclear war is hopelessly misunderstood) , so the only way industrialists could support this would be through preparing for war – but not actually fighting it – which is rather tricky.

Both WW1 and WW2 became increasingly likely with rearmament and mobilization.

And third wars in a series seem to involve total destruction. The Punic Wars between Rome and Carthage were the Ancient World’s World Wars, with the third one being preceded by the statement “Carthago Delenda Est” (Carthage must be destroyed – deleted) – which it was, with its complete disappearance, buildings razed to the ground, and its population killed or transported into slavery.

alexander, you are correct and every right thinking person should agree with you. But, right thinking people, or at least enough of them, don’t pull the strings. The string pullers are mostly cynical, lying crooks.

We used to say let the politicians and their sons go to war before anyone else and there would be no wars. Well, that didn’t happen, either. Our institutions betray us. Here’s a prime example from the past that always stuck in my craw.

We all remember the Gulf of Tonkein Resolution that was cooked up to justify escalating the Viet Nam “conflict” and by now we all know it was pure bullshit. Well, after serving their tours of duty there, a few ex GIs filed suit against the US government, naming Sec of Defense Robert McNamara as defendant. I believe the case is Sullivan v. McNamara, if you want to look it up. They sought to have the war declared illegal, or at least to have the judicial branch evaluate their mountain of evidence and say the war was perpetrated by liars and crooks. Eventually, the matter got bumped up to the US Supreme Court, and guess what? The SC refused to render judgment. To justify their betrayal, the SC created a new category, the Political Question. Now, what the hell is that?

They cut plenty of facets in this phony rhinestone, creating something like 23 different ways a matter could qualify as a Political Question, but they all got down to one point: if by rendering a decision, there was any chance of embarrassing another branch of the government, or a person of prominence within that branch, the SC could stay mute. So there you have it. We have a better chance of Superman coming to shake up the bad guys than of having it done in house. There is no real accountability. Still, you have a cool idea.

You don’t need all those salespeople, bureaucrats, instructors, lawyers, and bylaw enforcers (and as we’ve seen you can even outsource manufacturing). Maintaining these jobs, in many cases through legislation, is just a way of keeping people fed and out of trouble. The elites probably considered this a lesser evil when capitalist societies were up against the competition of the socialist ones. It seems that after “we won the cold war”, unbridled elite greed took over and destroyed this fool’s paradise. The good news is that it could be resurrected.

Yes but you are not looking at the long history of humankind. Until the invention of the steam engine what was the pace of technological change from 1000 BC until 1600 AD? We are butting up against the laws of physics that we can take advantage of. Microelectronics is dealing with issues of actually being too small. Do we really get much out of a 10th generation phone system? We still don’t have a viable nuclear fusion reactor.

Replaing ICE cars with electric ones isn’t a big new industry that adds jobs to the economy. As Mike P said, most jobs are BS, and you say people can just be given money. I bet that won’t work out well since there does have to be people who do real things and are necessary. So we just pay the slugs to watch TV and get high all day while the 20% who really keep things going have to work hard? Even people who are being paid to get high cause a lot of trouble for society since what they are paid is never considered enough.

Cronyism is rampant in capitalism (it is rampant everywhere). Yes there are some instances where an honest bidding process takes place and there are regulations and regulators but how many times have we seen the corruption of the regulatory process, usually because of personal relationships.

    Excellent comments!

    There is no real accountability.

    Or responsibility.

The proceedings of those robbers and murderers, who call themselves “the government,” are directly the opposite of these of the single highwayman.

In the first place, they do not, like him, make themselves individually known; or, consequently, take upon themselves personally the responsibility of their acts. On the contrary, they secretly (by secret ballot) designate some one of their number to commit the robbery in their behalf, while they keep themselves practically concealed.

Yes, but how did WW2 work out for German industrialists who’s factories were in East Germany?

That’s a great question that gets right to the heart of the matter. Destroying the competition has historically a key motive for lying countries into war.

It is precisely that union of revolutionary tendencies and financial power that the world is facing now. Look at Russia, and look at the people who swarmed at Versailles and made the Peace Treaty. The Peace Treaty was written by financiers; it is the bill presented, not to a beaten foe, but to the world. Very few people have ever read it; but its operation is evident everywhere. The …bankers the world over are shoveling in the gold.

Protocol VI is interesting in this connection:

“We shall soon begin to establish huge monopolies, colossal reservoirs of wealth,
upon which even the big Gentile properties will be dependent to such an extent that
they will all fall, together with the government credit, on the day following the
    political catastrophe.”

The necessary aim is to set up systems to counter human nature’s tendencies to produce cronyism and corruption where there is material gain to be had.

    Here’s a speculation.

One of the main reasons capitalist economies have done a very much better job at improving living standards than socialist one’s ever have is that the socialists had so little history or experience to prompt and inform efforts to prevent gain by distorting perfect socialism by cronyism and corruption. Moreover capitalist countries had Adam Smith’s realism to build on whereas too many socialists were starry eye’d idealists with little understanding of human nature. Of course the socialists needed market mechanisms for a successful economy outside the military sectors.

  230. @MarkinLA

Surprisingly I am not as pessimistic as you about the productive 20 per cent supporting the vegetative remainder while the myth, rhetoric and mcroengineering of democracy are fiddled with to keep the peace. After all we have a pretty stable system in Australia where the one or two per cent of miners and other primary producers support the remainder, the world’s highest minimum wage, etc**. Technically quite a bit of the GDP consists of payments to that agreeable Indian cardiologist who supervised the healthy 85 year old’s stress echocardiogram or the nice Sri Lankan nurse who noticed the old codger’s bedsores and dealt with them. We shall all adapt though it won’t make all people happy in all countries. We are already seeing part of the unfortunate adaptations in Europe’s extremely low fertility and the use of money to import cheap labour (partly for aged care) instead of subsidising the production and education of the young and smart. (Yes, I am feeling wistful about the destruction of Eugenics between 1933 and 1945).

In my book sovereignty first and foremost means earning your keep and paying your bills.

EU subsidies (Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania) is an illusion. If their populace believes in “sovereignty” for other people’ money, they are morons deserving no respect whatsoever. Anyone with half a brain knows that free cheese is only in a mousetrap.

What about Russia under Yeltsin and the ((oligarchs))?

Did the Russian people lack brains during those days?

Was it the Russian people’s fault that their nation was hijacked and used as a drooling Soviet beast on the world’s stage, to bludgeon and terrorize, murder and enslave any and all who opposed the Fiend’s nefarious power in the last century – (just as my nation is being used today?)

I like your analogy with the mousetrap, but how does that truism resonate vis-à-vis Russians, ((under the thrall of the Fiend)), as they imposed commie slavery and genocide on their neighbors (and themselves) for generations – because with communism, ‘we can kill all the hated and envied productive people, and we all get free stuff!’.

You mention brains, but from what I’ve glimmered, it was Soviets who did all they could to cut the head off their victims, and debase the gene pool by liquidating the very best and brightest from their victim’s myriad nations.

When they put bullet holes in those tens of thousands of officers and professors and poets and religious leaders, royalty, doctors, lawyers, engineers and writers, etc.. at Katyn, they were doing more than just preventing a viable army from ever opposing them. They were also “killing the best of the Gentiles”. By slaughtering off thousand upon thousands of the best of the Polish intelligentsia, land owners and businessmen, they were dooming Poland to a future of mediocrity.

What, if not “kill the best of the Gentiles”, was the Holodomor all about?

These were the most able of all of Ukraine, and the (((Soviet leadership)), with the assistance of Russian goons, genocided these intelligent and hard working people for all eternity. By the tens of millions. In the most cruel way imaginable.

And whereas the method being sadistically, incomprehensibly cruel, temporarily sated the envy of the fiends who perpetrated it, the larger design was to permanently, for all perpetuity, lower the intellectual (and every other) wherewithal of the Ukrainian people for all time.

God only knows what horrors were also perpetrated in the Baltic states and others. But the modus operandi of these fiends is always to destroy a rival ethno-group from ever being a regional competitor. And what better way to do than then by slaughtering off all the men and women who poses hardy genes, with intelligence and ability?

‘The best of Gentiles – kill him; ‘

So now that the Soviets for generations have accomplished their grim task, it seems a little less satisfying to berate the Poles or Ukrainians for a lack of intellectual fervor, when it was specifically intelligence that the Soviets targeted for removal from the gene pool.

Germany itself must have lost several IQ points following those evil wars with all those orcs running in there. The Fiend must have been beyond ecstatic.

Take a stroll though a retail outlet some day or just turn on the TV, and reflect on the kind of country the ZUSA would be if a few million of the beleaguered ‘best and brightest’ Gentiles were liquidated wholesale. Already the intellectual tenor of this place is like a Black Friday fest at Walmart, with the universities and government schools doing all they can to kill off minds and thought.

How well would we fare if Chuck Schumer and Jerry Nadler could designate camps for millions of ‘crime-thinkers’, where they’d never be heard from again?

Russian people suffered no less than others.

    the best of them did.

The worst of them were collaborators with the ((Soviets)), just like today in the ZUSA, with guys like Michael Moore and Paul Ryan insidiously agitating against the best of America’s dwindling stock, or behalf of their (((masters))), with the intention of lowering the collective intelligence and wherewithal of the ‘best of the Gentiles.

    How little things change, eh?

kept stealing and destroying in Ukraine. How much respect does the populace that allowed that deserve?

I don’t blame the average Ukrainian for this. Just look at who’s over there running things.

John McCain’s stooges, and scum like (((Kolomoyskyi)), For the average Ukrainian, they’re struggling to get by, as international criminals and thieves loot their country and use them as cannon fodder.

“peace and reconciliation” goes, let me just say that it takes two to tango.

Start with the memorials to the Red Army rapists.

    They have to go!

They’re an abomination and a terrible provocation.

    http://theconversation.com/soviet-war-memorials-in-eastern-europe-continue-to-strain-relations-with-russia-101687

With that single act, repudiating the horrors of the Red Army Rapists, Putin could emasculate the Fiend and bring rapprochement and reconciliation and peace between Eastern Europe and Russia.

The reason the Fiend chose the idiotic Ukro orcs in Ukraine as their stooges- to poke a stick into Putin- is because ((they)) know those lingering hatreds are very real. So just like they used the Germans of Danzig, so too their now using the fault lines over the war and atrocities and Soviet horrors in Ukraine and Russia to foist their conflict.

‘Let’s you and him fight’ – is ((their)) eternal battle cry.

They simply imposed a different kind of horror show on those nations than what the Nazis would have imposed.

In fact, to many people, the Nazis were seen as liberators from Commie terror of long duration.

Yes, but I also suspect they were often seen as arrogant, imperious and haughty.

Many Eastern European and Russian men donned the hated Germany uniform to fight and kill commies, (I know I would have ; ), but they still resented the Germans being in their nations also, and just wanted to kill the commies and then see the German’s leave.

I suspect it was something akin to what we see today, with Obama/Hillary supporters wanting the productive classes enslaved to give them all free stuff. And the Deplorables just wanting to be left alone.

We Deplorables have to suffer some of Trump’s less endearing qualities, (ongoing wars and atrocities, starvation in Yemen, ect..) because he’s a much lesser evil than the alternative; (enslavement and genocide at home and war with Russia abroad)

The truth is that if there had been no Bolshies or International Commies, and their banker buddies there would have never been any Nazis

    An absolute truism.

The Nazis were the German resistance to complete ((Soviet)) slavery and genocide.

They saw what was done in Ukraine to the productive class, and knew exactly what the Fiend had in mind for them too. Especially them. The Fiend hated (and hates!) productive and intelligent and tall, blond, capable Germans more than any other.

When it comes to killing the ‘best of the Gentiles’, ((they all)) gush at the idea of turning Germany into a mixed Muslim and African nation.

BTW, sure got a chuckle from your “Christmas tree’ comment above. :)

Russians were tricked into accepting Yeltsin’s regime, and the fact that they allowed themselves to be tricked does not reflect well on their mental capabilities. However, they figured out pretty quickly that they were duped: as early as 1993 there was an uprising in Moscow, which was brutally suppressed by the regime. Yeltsin’s actions in 1993 amounted to an unconstitutional coup by the impeached president (with “democratic” countries applauding).

The stories of so-called genocide against non-Russians during Soviet times, including the story of Holodomor and mass rapes by the Red Army in Germany in 1945 are about as truthful as the story of the Iraq WMDs. BTW, all of these stories come from exactly the same sources.

Soviet regime committed many crimes, but those crimes were exaggerated manifold by the same sources that assured us that Saddam had WMDs and keep telling us how great a threat is NK or Iran. Using your terminology, these stories tell you more about the Fiend than about alleged subject matter. However, you appear to have swallowed Fiend propaganda line, hook, and sinker, so why aren’t you happy about the Fiend ruling you?

What, if not “kill the best of the Gentiles”, was the Holodomor all about?

The NKVD was about 40% Jewish around the time of the Holodomor. Not a majority but a strong plurality because the rest were a hodgepodge of Russians, Georgians, Tatars and other groups.

There were a number of small pogroms in the Ukraine in 1919 during the Civil War, and of course several others in the preceding century.

Was the Holodomor the revenge of the Jews? The Russians here might have a better answer, but there is circumstantial evidence that it played a part.

Jewish representation in the NKVD appears to have fallen to about 5% during the Great Purge of the ’30s. What was the stated reason for this in the show trials? Very hard to find this on the Internet.

A little bit different here. There were Jews on both sides, and the Jewish proportion in the NKVD was much lower by the time of Katyn.

This appears to have been a Stalin job.

There were a number of small pogroms in the Ukraine in 1919 during the Civil War

Here is a piece of info on those “small” pogroms:
The Schwartzbard trial was a sensational 1927 French murder trial in which Sholom Schwartzbard was accused of murdering the Ukrainian immigrant and head of the Ukrainian government-in-exile Symon Petliura. While the defendant fully admitted to killing Petlura, in the end the trial turned on accusations of Petlura’s responsibility for the massive 1919–1920 pogroms in Ukraine during which Schwartzbard had lost all 15 members of his family. Schwartzbard was acquitted.

I am not saying that the crimes of Petliura’s regime justify crimes of NKVD, but the jigsaw puzzle cannot be complete with some pieces missing.

There is evidence that Goebbels was exaggerating the Red Army rapes in East Prussia to spur on the Wehrmacht. Just like he made hay out of the Morganthau plan. The latter probably caused tens of thousands of additional American and British casualties during the closing months of the war.

There were plenty of rapes, though, and Soviet propaganda was encouraging them. Not only of German women, a lot of Polish women were raped. They were even raping women released from the concentration camps.

The Holodomor is another matter. The figures may be in dispute, but a general consenus that it happened.

Is there any evidence for that? I mean, evidence not spread by the Fiend and its lackeys. As a matter of fact, STDs in Stalin’s Red Army were punishable by death. This does not seem to encourage rapes.

As to so-called Holodomor, there was hunger at the time, but it was spread all over Southern USSR, including Kuban, Volga area, and even Kazakhstan. BTW, at the same time there was widespread hunger in parts of Ukraine that were in Poland in that period (smarter Ukies studiously avoid mentioning this; the dumbest of them blame Stalin even for that).

  254. A whole new world paradigm is on the horizon. The control freaks and associated barons, who hide inside the executive offices of large banks and international corporations, are loosing their grip on every sort of resource allocation, population control, intellectual property rights, technology, general education, proprietary information and currency itself (crypto). Fiat currency was more or less, the last attempt, last tool, in the fix-it box of our financial and intellectual elite to control the levers of wealth distribution and human creativity. The new reality is not about frictions between political persuasions, religious beliefs, individual countries, war machines or west vs east, that’s all a lot of diversionary nonsense. This is about the scale of change in the broadest sense of the word, it covers the very idea of work (robotics), scientific discovery, emancipation from ignorance via access to world wide web. All this “evolution” in a fraction of the time it took, for example; during the cycle of linear progression within history but now grows logarithmic in terms of every new event that suddenly surfaces.

Ex-POTUS Obama, that proverbial fly on the walls within big castles, overheard the real scoop, overheard the real concern, when he rebroadcast “polite conversation” within circles he would never be a member of; that should every household in Africa have an air conditioner, the planet would burn up, ditto for most South Americans, rural Chinese, most of India and so on. Mull over the meaning behind, Admiral Arthur Cebrowski’s new map of the worlds haves and have nots. The major point being, that every devise and every agent has been exhausted as to how to exterminate five billion people from our planet. In their cold, slippery castles and tongues, a new deceitful jargon emerges; 350 ppm, climate catastrophe, climate change, global warming, or whatever…in turn, the oligarchs increase their brand of global warming; purposely ginned up mini wars between ethnic, religious or political groups, freely distributed contraception, rigged food scarcities, GMO control and poisoning of crops, deadly insecticides like Roundup, Kepone, have all failed to significantly decrease humanity’s population. The waste is a real problem, I agree with that. However, the amount of long-lived trans-Uranium elements varies depending on the reactor technology; the conventional 235-U based light water reactors produce more than some others; the Thorium fuel cycle for example produces much less. It should be possible to solve this problem; it is much more tractable than nuclear fission, which has been 30 years in the future for at least half a century now.

The Department of Defense (DoD) Fiscal Year (FY) 2019 budget is the second full budget request from President Trump’s administration. This budget was formulated around the National Security Strategy (NSS) and National Defense Strategy (NDS) goals to:

    • Protect the American people, the Homeland, and the American way of life,
    Promote American prosperity,
    Preserve peace through strength, and

    FY 2016 also spent $1,600,000,000 for 20 V-22 Ospreys (unit cost $80,000,000; 62% operability; $129,032,258 per operable Osprey). 12 KC-46a Tankers at $250,000,000/each. 17 P-8a Poseidons at $200,000,000/each.

No, the stories of Soviet genocide and Red Army rapes were inconvenient to the Fiend. And therefor suppressed in the West. Lied about in fact. [See Walter Duranty]

The Fiend loves genocide and rape, so long as they’re being perpetrated against proud, capable white Christian types, like Russians and Germans.

Is there any doubt whatsoever, that if the Fiend had its druthers, that there’d be a war between Russia and the (((west))) today, fought in Eastern Europe and Russia? Of course not! It’s drooling over the prospect.

Is there any doubt whatsoever.. that if the Fiend had its druthers, that every last white Gentile woman and girl of the West would be brutally raped by orcs until there was a 100% certainty that a white, Gentile male would Never Again! occupy the womb of a white woman?

Of course not. Their whole shtick makes that brutally obvious.

The Fiend doesn’t change it’s spots, so to speak. It was the Fiend a hundred years ago, thrusting bayonets into Romanov girls in a basement, just as today it’s foisting wars and horrors and hatred wherever it can.

The Soviet horrors and slavery and genocide were the Fiend’s own handiwork. Why would it denigrate those glorious days?

so why aren’t you happy about the Fiend ruling you?

It doesn’t rule me. But it rules many nations and mine among them.

Every British school girl gang raped by orcs, is a reason to lament the Fiend.

Every Muslim or Russian or Ukrainian civilian (including even coalition soldiers) killed by contrived wars, is a reason to lament the Fiend.

Every nation looted to bolster the bottom lines of ((Wall Street banksters)), is a reason to lament the Fiend. It doesn’t matter if it’s “Russian” ((oligarchs)) under Yeltsin, or the ((Wall Street))banksters under Dubya, it’s the same fiend.

    Good question Chuck!

Let’s see. Major weapons manufacturers? Seven of the world’s top ten are American. Total sales $288,158,000,000 [seven companies, 2015]. USA is the number one [#1] weapons exporter, accounting for 34% of world sales. Largest transfers? KSA (18%/all sales), UAE (7.4%), Australia (6.7%).

Whoops, sorry. Forgot Jews are all you think about. The scab you like to pick every day. Doesn’t bother me, of course. Continue your ritual. Pick away!

Military grant to Israel? $3,800,000,000/year. Should be discontinued. It’s a wealthy country, they can pay their own way. Worse, countries that maintain large arsenals tend to use weapons in lieu of diplomacy. Just ask GW Bush, Dick Cheney and Rummy.

But your question was who benefits from the US DoD budget, our militarization, our aggressive interventionism.

Gee, Chuck. Wouldn’t most still say our weapons manufacturers? After all, their annual sales (seven companies) are seventy-six [76] times what’s given Israel. Best of all, their sales include what’s given to Israel! What a coincidence!

Look at the Ukros. They have a very few Jews running the show in Ukraine, while taking the rest of the nation into ruin. ‘Such a deal!

You don’t have to have a lot of them out in the open, just enough to make sure things go their way.

Look at the Obama or Clinton or Dubya Bush regimes, doing all they could to destroy America, while simultaneously bolstering Israel with their every crime. And all putatively run by Gentiles.

Macron was recently demanding that Europe and Western civilization commit suicide, and invite in as many orcs as are necessary to impregnate (willingly or otherwise) every ethnic French girl living in France. And he’s a Gentile, but his words are that of the Fiend.

Was the Holodomor the revenge of the Jews?

I do not believe it’s possible for white Gentiles to hate that much.

The Holodomor was so egregious in its gratuitous cruelty, that yes, I say that has Jewish supremacist written all over it.

Stalin probably would have been happy to simply machine gun the entire lot of them. But Kaganovich and co. wanted to see them suffer excruciatingly. Watching their children waste away before their parent’s eyes.

This must have been pure, ecstatic heaven for those Jewish supremacists. Like the ones today in Israel, humiliating and tormenting and torturing even women and children for sport.

’500,000 children dying for lack of clean water and medicine’ is I suspect not only “worth it”, but puts a demon’s smile on their faces as they muse themselves to sleep at the thought of it.

Sort of like Eisenhower’s death camps for German teenage boys.

I don’t think Gen. Patton was amused. But for Eisenhower, it was Jewish supremacist revenge.

There is a capacity for cruelty there that I find viscerally chilling. Almost inhuman.

If you hate an enemy and want him defeated and crushed; OK fine. Kill him and be done with it.

But the sadistic pleasure of deliberate cruelty of the J. supremacist, is singularly otherworldly. Nether-worldly in fact, from where I sit.

    It’s something I can’t comprehend, and don’t want to.

A little bit different here. There were Jews on both sides, and the Jewish proportion in the NKVD was much lower by the time of Katyn

    .
There were a few Jews murdered at Katyn, but these were simply Jews who were loyal to Poland. Jewish officers in the military, etc…

And yes, this was all authorized by Stalin, but the motivating principle behind it all – (genocide of the ‘best of the Gentiles’, enslave the rest) – was orchestrated and funded in the ((banking houses of London and NYC)).

The exact same one foisting the Eternal Wars (to benefit Israel) today.

How little things change, and often because those of us looking at what was done yesterday – are so often lied to or corrupted by shekels into silence. But it was the Bolshevik, perfidious Albion (of the Boer war fame) Fiend in WWI, the same Fiend in WWII, just as it’s the very same international finance Jewish supremacist fiend today, with his London pedophiles and Macron lickspittles doing his bidding.

    Nothing new under the sun.

This is a complete and utter BS. I do not doubt that there were rapes – every army in the world commits them, and the Red Army was, likely, no exception. To believe otherwise would mean believing that our army consisted of angels but angels are in short supply. There is no compelling reason to believe they occurred on mass scale.

But to say that the Soviet propaganda encouraged rapes means no understanding whatsoever of the way the Soviet state functioned, of the Soviet ideology or the Soviet mentality. It is utterly and completely impossible. It’s even laughable, for Soviet propaganda would’ve never mention anything at all related to sex, let alone such an indecent subject as rape.

It is also impossible for the Soviet state to sanction rapes as often claimed. On the contrary, there is documented evidence that even consensual encounters were frowned upon and punished. There were plenty of opportunities for a consensual sex, though, for many German women were available for food – Germany was starving, you see, but the Soviet Army at that time was pretty well supplied with food.

You can obfuscate and dissemble all you want, saying that harnessing the ability of the intelligent and capable in order to lavish the fruits of their labor and minds on the hoards of the stupid and lazy, is a “noble thing”, but I’d just as soon put a bullet into any man or women anywhere who would tell me the fruits of my labor don’t belong to me, but to them, (EugeneGur / Mao / Stalin / Pol Pot, etc..) to decide how to distribute it in a more “fair” way.

Umm.. no. The efforts of my labor are mine. And only mine. And I’ll decide how they’ll be distributed, and anyone who says otherwise better have an army, and even then they’re impotent, because I’m no one’s slave. No matter the pretty rhetoric about ‘equality’.

I only wish America would have fought on Germany’s side in that evil war. The world would be a much better place today. And you’re proof of that.

“[Incitatus] hesitates to discuss the DoD “Sugar Daddy”

Moi? Not at all. Kindly read #269.

New examples FY 2018 + FY 2019 DoD budget:

    • Ballistic Missile Defense: $9.9 b + $9.9 b = $19.8 billion;
    • CH-53k King Stallion Helicopter: 4 @$275 m + 8 @ $200 m = $2.8 billion;
    • MQ-4 Triton Unmanned Arial Vehicle: 3 @$300 m + 3 @$300 m = $1.8 billion;
    • Virginia Class Submarine: 2 @$2.75 b + 2 @$3.75 b = $12.9 billion;
    • Arleigh Burke Destroyer: 2 @$2 b + 3 @$2 b = $10 billion;
    • Littoral Combat Ship: 2 @$850 m + 1 @$1.3 b = $3 billion;

Total [items above only] = $50,300,000,000.

Carriers are expensive. The Navy’s latest [USS Gerald R. Ford] was estimated at $12.8 billion in 2013 (22% over budget) plus $4.7 billion in R&D. $17,500,000,000? Massive ship, massive cost? FY 2018 includes $4,600,000,000, FY 2019 another $1,800,000,000. Wonder what the true cost is.

The most expensive plane? Hard to say. Perhaps the Northrup Grumman B-2 Spirit Bomber program. $44,750,000,000 for twenty-one [21] bombers. Unit cost? $2,130,952,381 for one plane.

You asked who’s the DoD’s beneficiary? US weapons manufacturers (ranked #1 in the world). $288+ billion in sales [seven companies 2015]. Seventy-six [76] times what’s given Israel [$3.8 billion]. Which – guess what – also benefits them.

One reason for giving Israel American arms? They won’t develop and manufacture weapons that compete with ours.

Israel should pay its own way. But it’s doubtful that will change our bad habits. Insatiable appetite for spending, debt, weapons, militarization, aggressive interventionism. Just a thought.

    @alexander

alexander, the great idea you have takes optimism and courage to conceive. Congratulations. I hope you are right, though I suspect you are not.

You envision “a clear ‘consensus’ of the American people” and nothing less would suffice to steamroll the problem perpetuating turds with a referendum that metamorphoses into law.

“THE WAR FRAUD ACCOUNTABILITY ACT OF 2020″ sounds like a fine title for starters.

Now, what would it take to Spartacus this thing into being? First, I suggest, know the enemy.

They hide, so we infer their methods by the evil they inspire. They lie, cheat and steal; they deride what is honorable, parade and smirk to intimidate and eschew all humility. And these are just their figureheads. The puppet masters are the ones who own the FED, buy our Congress, manipulate our schools and MSM, poison us with medications and unnatural food and maybe the biggest of them are even hiding behind these people. They are shape changing sneaky SOBs, so their operations must be shut down, even though we know they will re-emerge elsewhere in different form.

Next, we must know ourselves, and this part is considerably easier. We are the ones who have submitted to the events and institutions listed above. Further, we the people are the ones who have accepted the Warren Commission Report, the 911 Commission Report and countless other examples of pure bullshit heaped on us by our “leaders.” We are the ones who pay to see propaganda films about false flag events like the Boston Marathon bombing. We used to eat the breakfast of champions, Wheaties, until Bruce Jenner slithered off the box to go become a girl. Now we tolerate transgender public restrooms. We ride golf carts up and down the aisles at Wal-Mart to buy shit that makes you fatter with free “money” from the government. Who the hell are we, the people, anyway? Maybe you can envision this mass of insouciant humanity riled up with a “will” to confront the crooks, and if you can I hope you are right and I am wrong.

alexander, you ask, “Are the Oligarchs going to call in the “police”….to do what ?…Tear up our “referendum”? ”

Well, yes, I think they would do pretty much just that. I think the police are sufficiently militarized now that they would round us up and put us in FEMA camps without much dissent among the ranks. We’ve seen how police stood down while hundreds of Antifa punks beat us in places like Sacramento’s Capitol Park, where a few white people had a legal right to demonste. We’ve seen how they stood down in Charleston, how nonchalantly they’ve watched statues of historical heroes demolished. Yes, I think the police would pretty much do as they were told, regardless of having been “DEFRAUDED out of TWENTY TWO TRILLION F#CKING DOLLARS?…”

That money is an abstraction, as all our fiat currency is an abstraction. Our money no longer has a connection with gold or anything tangible, it’s just a computer synapse. How many of us really give a hoot about our national debt, insanely high as it is? We are desensitized and beaten down and while it’s our own damn fault, it still is the situation.

Spartacus led slaves who were warriors hungry for freedom (well, and the stuff they were stealing). He didn’t heard milk cows. As I said, I hope you are right and I am wrong. I just don’t see a lot of virility and intelligence out there and that’s what it would take, balls and brains.

The southern states should have been free to leave the agreement, which originally installed the Federal government as their agent. Solzhenitsyn lied a lot, so I’d take his words with a grain of salt. Can’t say nothing like that ever happened, though – very possibly it did. After all, an eye for an eye is an ancient principle, and it isn’t difficult to imagine that our soldiers would’ve been wild for revenge after everything they and the country have been through. This is not to be taken to mean I condone such behavior, for I do not, even toward ruthless cruel enemy.

But I haven’t seen any indications, and no one has produced any proof, that these acts were officially sanctioned, let alone encouraged. Based on everything I know about how the Soviet system functioned and the facts, I consider this all but impossible. That is all.

“The 200 years together” book by Solzhenitsyn is much more controversial for what he writes about the time before the revolution. He shows how the Shetls really worked. This is main reason the book has been censored like no book in history. Every one knows that a lot of Judaic people were involved in the Bolshevik Revolution, so that is not new. It is the 100 or so years of Judaic history in the Pale before the Revolution that is so “controversial”. They weren’t “victims” during those times at all.

Yes, that is true. I forgot that part. That is another big reason for the censorship of the book. He mentions the widespread evacuations of East Europeans Jews before/during WWII to all parts of the Soviet Union which greatly lessens the big H’s possible numbers. He also mentions the evacuations of Jews from Shetls in the Pale during World War I by the Russians. The Russians did this because they feared that the Jews would be pro-German and help the Germans in the war. These evacuations scattered the Jews to all areas of Russia. Solzhenitsyn notes that it created the possibility for Jews to dominate the Bolshevik Revolution all over Russia. These two huge evacuations of Jews mentioned in his book, one, during the WWI by the Russians and the other one, before/during WWII by the Soviet Union messes up the numbers of Jews in Eastern Europe for the big H. Solzhenitsyn never denies or questions the numbers of the big H in this book, perhaps he does not want to go into Santa Claus territory. The Big H is the Santa Claus for adults in our time, so he does not dare to dig in that ground. He left it as the west/Soviet Union says it happened in the book.

Your question makes little sense, Chuck. What are you trying to say? Get your conspiracies mixed up?

PG’s article is “Fighting Russia, China and al-Qaeda simultaneously requires more money”. It’s logical to examine defense spending and ask who benefits. Especially if it lethally disfigures national ethos with excessive debt, militarization and aggressive interventionism. The DoD budget is the mainstay of American weapons manufacturers, biggest in the world. They benefit, first and foremost. Sorry.

“DoD’s ‘Sugar Daddy’”? American citizens, including future generations, fund the DoD. The same citizens face reductions in social program spending – largely due to the increasing DoD budget. Victims twice-over.

“Offspring of the basterd Federal Reserve system…[creators of] the Wall Street/Big Bank bailout money”?

Gee. Going out on a limb here, just guessing Chuck. Do you mean ‘Israel and the Jews, Jews, Jews’? Is that the rant you want to hear, spittle running down your chin?

Doesn’t bother me, of course. But kicking your favorite scapegoat won’t solve the problem. Look at the numbers. Northrup Grumman B-2 Spirit Bomber program: $44,750,000,000 for twenty-one [21] bombers ($2,130,952,381/plane). One weapons program cost more than a dozen years of aid to Israel. CEO of Northrup Grumman? Wes Bush. Doesn’t sound Hebrew.

DoD FY 2018-19 funding? $1,300,000,000,000. Three hundred forty-two [342] times annual aid to Israel. Which, ironically, also benefits our weapons manufacturers.

The Lavi fighter is a good example:

“In 1980 the Government of Israel decided to use the experience IAI had accumulated to develop and manufacture a modern fighter plane to be the mainstay of the Israel Air Force…called the IAI Lavi,…a superior attack aircraft with advanced weapons systems. It had its rollout in July 1986 and successful maiden flight in December 1986…continuous revisions led to the incorporation of more advanced technologies…to produce an ambitious aircraft in the class of the American General Dynamics F-16.”

“The IAF was estimated to have a requirement for 300 aircraft, 60 of which were expected to be combat-capable two-seat trainers…Perhaps optimistically, IAI had projected export sales of the Lavi to be as many as 407 units to customers including South Africa, Chile, Taiwan, and Argentina…”

“On 30 August 1987, Israel’s cabinet conducted a decisive vote on whether to continue the development of the Lavi; this development was influenced by considerable lobbying by the U.S., who made several compensatory proposals in exchange for the cancellation…The Cabinet rejected the continuation at a margin of 12–11…Shortly afterwards, Israel approved the purchase of 90 F-16Cs from the United States, which acted as an effective replacement to the Lavi…

    [emphasis added]

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Israel_Aerospace_Industries

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IAI_Lavi

US aid to Israel in 1987 was $3,040,200,000. Win-win for Israel and US Weapons Manufacturers. Lose-lose for American taxpayers.

Israel’s non-compete arrangement is selective. It ranked #10 as a world weapons exporter 2012-2016 following #1 USA, #2 Russia, #3 China, #4 France, #5 Germany, #6 UK, #7 Spain, #8 Italy, #9 Ukraine. Two prominent firms – IMI Systems and Israel Aerospace Industries – appear government owned. So much for capitalism and private enterprise.

Other minorities were also overrepresented among Bolsheviks, Georgians, for example, well above their proportion in the population. There were also Latvians, which at some point actually decided the fate of the Bolshevik government. What does it prove?

The causes and moving forces of the Russian Revolution have nothing whatsoever to do with the participation of people of this or that nationality in the Bolshevik movement but everything with the functioning of the Russian Empire as a whole and the Russian population as the leading population.

The ideology of these people (the Bolsheviks) was based on solidarity of oppressed people of all nationalities, and they weren’t religious. Their technical nationality meant absolutely nothing. There were no substantial differences between a Jew Trotsky, a Russia Kirov, or a Georgian Stalin, as an example.

    Hey Da Wei,

I appreciate the reply, and I think you are correct in many ways.

I would have to say that if Americans are jealous of three things most, its their childrens’ lives, their freedom, and their money.

Americans do not take kindly to being defrauded out of any of these things.

They do not like it at all.

As a matter of fact, Americans do not like to be defrauded ………..period.

    They really don’t like it.

So if most Americans realize they have been DEFRAUDED INTO WAR,(as I believe most do) and we are, now , 22 trillion dollars in debt because of this DEFRAUDING …..Why should they be happy about that ?

The answer is they are not happy about it, not in the least.

    They are furious.

But rather than take the law into their own hands (which they might well do when the bill comes due) and ” skin alive” each and every establishment elite responsible….I am simply recommending a kind of “enforced by the will of the people “referendum” which extracts, at bare minimum, the cost of the wars from the collective assets of all those who conspired to defraud us into them.

A much more “civil” form of American justice than watching the mobs tearing the skin off, slowly, of all our lying “establishment” elites .

    @EugeneGur

That was not my point at all. I was stating why “The 200 years together” book by Solzhenitsyn was censored in the English speaking world. It wasn’t about Judaic participation in the Bolshevik Revolution. It was because the book showed that Jews were not victims during 200 years of Russian rule as is stated endless in our MSM. The Judaic participation in the Bolshevik Revolution was not what I was pointing at. As I stated, it is commonly noted by many people that many Jews were involved in it. Another commenter noted another reason for the censorship of this book, it is Solzhenitsyn’s telling about the massive evacuations of Jews from Eastern Europe before and during WWII to areas deeper in the Soviet Union. These massive evacuations would greatly lessen the number count of Jews that were under National Socialist control. Thus it would greatly lessen any Big H count. Also, the book noted that the Russians moved many Jews from near the front lines during WWI. They did so because they thought the Jews would be pro-German and help the Germans. This would also lessen the Jewish count for the Big H, since the Jews would be further in the Soviet Union and outside the area that the National Socialists would control.

The situation will only change when the 0,1% feel the same level of fear that they induce. In fact when they lose control, and there are a range of ways that that could happen.

    @Miro23

    Go on

    In no particular order:

    1) Street demonstrations (in major cities) that are too large for security forces to handle. Invading government offices and news broadcasters.

    2) Street demonstrations met by security force violence, getting a violent response and spiraling out of control.

    3) Necessary use of the military with loyalty to who?

    4) US stumbles into a war with Russia or China.

    5) A military coup.

    6) An elite “Civil War” where different factions fight for power.

    7) An elite “National Emergency” regime (i.e. dictatorship) that can’t consolidate power.

    8) Locality. Various states de facto secede from the union.

    9) Growing random suicidal attacks on elites.

    10) Collapse of the dollar and hyperinflationary chaos.

    11) Growing violence of Antifa vs. Nationalist militias.

Once the situation shows signs of running out of control, I believe that the 0,1% will exit the US quite fast, heading for Europe (London), Israel, Australia, New Zealand and South America and take their capital with them – which of course will mean a total economic collapse.

  294. @Miro23

The days when Czars sat in their castles waiting for the day when the masses tore the gates down are long over.

As far as capitol goes, this is what happened in Detroit and Flint. The white middle-class sold their house and moved, leaving the place without even adequate municipal funds until finally, there is no clean drinking water like Flint.

The 0/1% don’t keep their money in US banks anyhow, or not nearly all of it. Simply charter a flight and withdraw from that Swiss or Hong Kong bank account.

  295. @Miro23

    MIDDLE-CLASS EXIT ADDENDUM

One mistake white proles and especially Southerners make is thinking that the white middle-class is as patriotic as they are or give a shit.

I took off decades ago but many other middle-class white males would simply move to Asia. Most of us are descended from European fair weather friends who bolted from Europe a few generations ago and that grass-is-greener instinct is always there among middle-class whites.

You think any of us are going to fight a civil war with antifa over a pile of shit like the US has become especially if the one percent that own it take their money overseas?

It is my firm contention that each and every one of these “elites” who were complicit, should be IN THE DOCK AND ON THE HOOK FOR THE TOTAL COST OF ALL THE WARS THEY LIED US INTO.

Let em pay….let em pay the whole damn way.

Make it the law of the land….by mandate.

It will happen Miro, if you get the numbers, it will happen.

    …but it won’t, if you don’t.

alexander, I think you are correct.

I agree Americans don’t like being screwed over. Who does? I agree that we have been taken to the cleaners by the billionaire oligarchs. I also feel with certainty that if more Americans had your sense of outrage we wouldn’t be in the fix we’re in. Your spirit of defiance is commendable.

Now, on a related subject, please allow me to recommend other sources of vital information. First is Wayne Jett, whose site is classicalcapital.com His book, Fruits of Graft, is highly deserving of praise and generally overlooked. This book is monumental.

Second is Dane Wigington’s site Geoengineering Watch.org He is a Northern California off grid renegade who is equally committed and intelligent. If you are unfamiliar with either of these individuals, please acquaint yourself with their works. You will find them kindred spirits, I believe.
Like you, they are fighters. But, in the end, as you say, “It’s really just up to the PEOPLE to make a stand on it … and get it done.” Well said. Best to you.

    Hey Da Wei,

Thanks for the recommended reading, I will take a look.

    And best to you too.

“Because you have protective instincts toward the financial power & will of international Jewry”

    Really? Kindly provide an example.

“and quite possibly, a reading disability”

Regarding your prose, you may be right. Suffer from Tourette’s by any chance?

“you naturally dropped my reference to the Military-Industrial-(Security) Complex”

I described who funds and who benefits from the DoD budget. Including Israel. Compare the numbers: they tell all.

“Whose “conspiracies…the Rothschild-driven Balfour Declaration…US unnecessary entry into WWII against Germany…6 million Jews (and number falling) exterminated by Hitler’s Nazis…JFK murder/coup & subsequent Warren Commission Report’s cover-up…the fact that Israel murdered USS Liberty sailors & to date remain unaccountable…David Irving’s historiography…9/11′s outlandish Zelikow Report…Russian conspiracy to influence the 2016 presidential election & give Israel a free pass? (zzzZigh)”

Thanks for proving the obvious. Draw a stipend from Planter’s Nuts? You certainly deserve it.

“The Christ cured ten lepers of their physical malady…”

Ah, religion! How impressive. Pick that up torturing small animals?

Chuck’s ‘International Hamster Conspiracy’? ‘Rodents all ‘round us’?

‘ya know what, InZit? I sincerely intuit something can be done to address your (hee-hee) “moral leprosy.”

Not exactly original, are you? Can’t write for yourself?

    “I know what you are.”

    I’m flattered.

You’re way ahead of me, despite your Scranton debut:

Who are you really (“hee-hee”) – Bevis or Butt-Head?

  303. InZitatus foolishly assigned me with reinventing the Hasbara-wheel, quoted me, and demanded: “Because you have protective instincts toward the financial power & will of international Jewry”
    Really? Kindly provide an example.”

(zzZigh) No one here at U.R. comments has time to waste on reading your Beavis-The-Builder comment exchanges with Hasbara-Butthead, Sam Shama, including your (mutually) getting aroused by talking French.

Uh, how is the Israel-KSA alliance going? (zzzZigh)

Good evening from snow blanketed Scranton, Pa, Ilyana!

On particularly weekly Philip Giraldi (Unz Review posted) articles, and his being a “close second” behind my ranking of Sam Shama as this web site’s # 1 Grand Obfuscator, the articulate Incitatus is runner-up Grand Obfuscator!

Lovers-in-all-things Paul Krugman & Mossad deception, Unz Review commenters cannot scrap with anyone better at the ungodly craft than Sam Shama and Incitatus. To date, and given the perspective of my limited rapping-experience, no one even comes close to them!

Indeed, it’s always more honorable & challenging to spar & “flap one’s aged eagle wings” against the “moronic” best who post here, eh Ilyana?

    Thank you!

Post scriptum: Regarding Incitatus’s being Jewish; He denies that distinction, but I recall how InZi once boasted here about his being a relative to a Civil War Confederate General! Uh, do you happen know if Deep State Dixie had a General J.E.B. Schumer & who rode a horse named Incitatus?

Chuck, you asserted I “have protective instincts toward the financial power & will of international Jewry”. I asked for an example. Your response:

“No one here at U.R. comments has time to waste…”

In other words, you can’t provide an example. Only spittle-laden blather (“hee-hee”).

    Sad.

Golly, neither Zionist or a Jew, but thanks anyway, Ilyana.

Great troll projection. Pat yourself on the back!

“I think Caligula also and made his horse a senator.”

Consul, not senator. Your error record remains unrivaled.

Now would be a good time for you to check for drool.

  309. @Incitatus

With deceptive & articulate cunning, InZitatus challenged me, he wrote: “In other words, you can’t provide an example. Only spittle-laden blather (“hee-hee”).
    Sad.”

You (!) provided the greatest example of both who & exactly what you are (yuck) while, in concert with Maven Sam Shama, you lambasted Philip Giraldi (here at U.R.) by groundlessly insisting he’s publishing articles for tax deductible bennies.

Shamefully, you tried to provoke the brave and wise American. And, to date, I’m so happy Phil did not dignify your “sad” distraction by offering a comment-response.

    “Get behind me,” uh…, InSatantatuZ!
