REDEVELOPMENT  

161 Sussex Street, Four Points Hotel Redevelopment included refurbishment of the existing hotel, the construction of a new 3,667 sqm convention center and a 26 level tower including 13 new hotel levels and 9 A grade high rise commercial office space.

Star Group was contracted to undertake the design and construct of the Electrical, Communications, Security, ICT, Audio Visual, DAS, Lighting Control Services. As part of the redevelopment, Star Group was required to upgrade the RMS lighting in the Western Distributor.
The scope of work detailed for the project included:

• Electrical systems \Security systems
• ICT systems
• Structured cable systems
• External Lighting
• DAS infrastructure
• AV Systems infrastructure
• Upgrade the Lighting Control for the existing RMS Road lighting
• All works associated with the staging and for refurbishments
