Girl, 13, among four arrested during pro-Brexit ‘yellow vest’ protest in London
A 13-year-old girl was arrested on suspicion of assaulting a police officer during a pro-Brexit โyellow vestโ protest in London today.
She was arrested alongside three others as a far-right march blocked major roads around Westminster Bridge near the Parliament on Saturday.
The demonstration in the capital was one of several held across UK cities, including Manchester, by demonstrators who have copied the high-visibility jackets worn in demonstrations that have turned violent in France.
Around 100 people wearing yellow vests marched through Westminster for the protest towards Trafalgar Square, causing major disruption.
