MDARD provides a simple form allowing individuals and businesses to replace a misplaced MDARD license. - Certified Pesticide Applicator and Registered Technician Exams
Certified Pesticide Applicator and Registered Technician paper-based exams are offered by MDARD at various locations throughout the state by appointment. Schedule it at Michigan.gov/pestexam. For computer-based exams, schedule online at Metrosignup.com (Note: Computer-based exams have an additional fee per test).
