Trump certainly does have many conflicts of interest, and may be a colossal failure as President, but I’m confident he won’t start WW3. I can’t say the same about Hillary.

All of this is CONJECTURE about what Trump as a public official MIGHT DO. I would remind Ms. Prins that it is in contrast with what we KNOW Hillary as a public official, or as the spouse of one, DID DO.

I rest my case. Besides, if Trump behaved as egregiously as she suggests, impeachment and removal from office would be a real possibility. In such circumstances don’t look for Trump to have a lot of GOP supporters in the Senate. We could end up with a President Pence.

If we wanted to know what possible conflicts of interest Trump has at this time, a good place to look would be a balance sheet, to see what assets he holds. Partnerships, foreign holdings, etc. all might deserve scrutiny. But how could we get such a balance sheet?

He’s already provided one. It’s his required disclosure of assets. It’s what is required, probably for this reason. If you want to know, go look at it. Then talk.

What is not needed is a statement of taxable income i.e. tax returns. So by starting with that, Ms. Prins shows financial illiteracy.
