Tulsi Gabbard is one brave Congresswoman. She has challenged her party and the president saying that it's time for Washington to halt its "illegal, counter-productive war to overthrow the Syrian government of Assad. I don't think Assad should be removed. If Assad is removed and overthrown, ISIS, al Qaeda, Al Nustra, these Islamic extremist groups...

Maybe it got lost in the mail.
Same thing happened to my invitation to the Inaugural Ball.

Some birthing pains, and Phil has been away for ten days. But he has been invited to speak on March 20.

I guess I should have taken my anti crotchety pills before scrolling through a gazillion FBs with "Liberty" or "Lobby" on them.

For this hunt-and-peck system Zuckerberg became a billionaire?

I spent 20 minutes & could not find Liberty from the Lobby.

I'm not going to spend more time.

    Good luck y'all.
    Call if you get work.

Good news: we have work! At least Phil does… He’s been asked to speak on March 20. We are planning a little coming out party for Liberty from the Lobby. (Did Phil send, in your email, an invite to the FB page? I followed it, and am in.)

The National March and Rally is timed to coincide with the opening of the AIPAC Convention in downtown Washington, D.C. We will gather in front of the White House for a rally at 12 Noon. At 1:00 pm we will march to the D.C. Convention Center, the site of the AIPAC (American Israeli Public Affairs Committee) conference.

I may be wrong but I think you may have conflated the events concerning the Israelis. As I recall the dancers were dancing in an apartment building car park after setting up a tripod and camera (fortuitously?) to capture the planes crashing into WTC 1 &2.

The Israeli "art students" were a different and much larger group who were actually found to be living illegally (squatting) inside unoccupied offices within the Twin Towers themselves just prior to 9/11.

Coincidentally (Coincidence theorists take note) there was a total power shutdown, the first in the entire history of the buildings, for "data cable upgrades" during the same period.

Some people have raised the question whether or not there is a connection here to the installation of explosive thermite charges within the buildings which made them collapse in a manner that contradicts Newton's Laws of Physics.

Those thousands of pound of “explosive” thermite charges were carried up the stairs unnoticed during this power outage. They were emplaced, again unnoticed by tenants or security, with precision and lightning speed in the dark.

    That makes sense.

Thermite charges work by igniting and burning at extremely high temperatures, not by generating shock waves.

The Iranian characterization of the Anglo/Zio Empire as the Great Satan is accurate. The High Poobahs of the "West" cannot be understood in any other way. They are not stupid. They are not in thrall to group think. They are soulless monsters and there will be no peace or security for anybody until they are removed from power.

It’s a sad note when I begin to think that the “Great Satan” nonsense might actually be a good working hypothesis. At a minimum, Barry’s Excellent Syrian and Libyan Adventures are knee deep in lies, and the death and misery are entirely our doing.

The involvement of Hillary “We came. We saw. He died.” Rodham in our foreign policy formulation and implementation is an absurdity.

Our support for ISIS and al-QaidaNusraShamMartyrs Brigade has rendered us unclean.

  • HOF on Feb.9 PANEL at ATLANTIC COUNCIL

Events at Atlantic Council are routinely attended by staff of numerous foreign embassies, as well as US military officers and K Street think tankers. Hof and fellow toady David Ottaway will no doubt press the current groupthink … which may include growing friction with SA.

The Atlantic Council’s Future of Iran Initiative invites you to a discussion entitled, “Great Rifts: Political and Economic Ramifications of the Iran-Saudi Divide” on Tuesday, February 9.

More than a month after the Saudi execution of a prominent Shi’ite leader and Iranian despoiling of the Saudi embassy, the rift between the two major Middle Eastern powers continues to roil regional diplomacy. The strife between the two countries has the potential to transform into a full blown conflict, with ramifications on the proposed peace process in Syria and global energy markets. Join us for a discussion about the impact of this dangerous divide on shifting economic and political trends in the region.

    DATE: Tuesday, February 9, 2016
    TIME: 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
    LOCATION: Atlantic Council

All I did was enter "liberty from the lobby" in the "search Facebook" field at the top of my FB page. It then displayed a number of groups with the words "liberty" and/or "lobby" and I managed to find the one Phil set up (so did Cloak n' Dagger).

I guess I should have taken my anti crotchety pills before scrolling through a gazillion FBs with “Liberty” or “Lobby” on them.

For this hunt-and-peck system Zuckerberg became a billionaire?

I spent 20 minutes & could not find Liberty from the Lobby.

I’m not going to spend more time.

    Good luck y’all.

Good news: we have work! At least Phil does... He's been asked to speak on March 20. We are planning a little coming out party for Liberty from the Lobby. (Did Phil send, in your email, an invite to the FB page? I followed it, and am in.)

    b. Absorb the essential points of Atzmon's thesis. (Atzmon's discussions about Jewish Identity Politics on RedIce are also insightful)

    c. Apply those essential points to the participants in the WRMEA conference and to the persons proposed by **Liberty from the Lobby**

Absorb the essential points of Atzmon’s thesis.

While I think his observation that “the goy drift away from dissent” is very valid, I think he gives the concerns you’ve expressed about “chickens and pigs” short shrift, as a possible explanation for this phenomenon.

PS Neither the suggested email network nor the Facebook page seem to have caught fire.

So this is a bit of sticking-my-neck-out — just a bit.

I would pass on several of the persons proposed to participate in Liberty from the Lobby.

My preferences tend to high-information low-noise type events, more like seminars and less like pep rallies. (Alternatively, an event such as a Mock Trial can be effective.)

Over the 20 years or so that I’ve been watching this topic, I’ve encountered a number of academics and authors who are off the beaten track but who have researched and written very important analyses. One such scholar is Walter Hixson, professor of history at Akron University, who came to my attention when he involved himself in a 2011 incident at Kent State University where KSU prof. Julio Pino shouted “Death to Israel” at a CAMERA-sponsored talk by an Israeli representative.

the Op Ed Hixson wrote about the KSU incident: http://www.ohio.com/editorial/walter-l-hixson-why-israel-must-confront-its-past-1.244453

CAMERA responds to Hixson’s Op Ed: http://www.camera.org/index.asp?x_print=1&x_context=7&x_issue=9&x_article=2151

(I followed the Letters to the Editor in Akron Beacon Journal on this tempest; it’s where I first encountered what Atzmon calls “Pre Traumatic Stress Disorder.” )

Five years later, Julio Pino is still challenging the IPTB and the boundaries of free speech. For his troubles he is under investigation by FBI.

    Hixson’s CV: https://www.uakron.edu/history/faculty-staff/bio-detail.dot?identity=1656928

Hixson has carried out extensive research on American foreign policy and diplomacy.

    ——-

So has Gary Hart, whose book and talk on Machiavelli still inspire me http://www.c-span.org/video/?72221-1/book-discussion-patriot

    ——

John Mueller of Ohio State University has spoken out courageously against neoconservative dominance of US foreign policy http://www.cato.org/people/john-mueller

Jeffrey Wawro has done bold and impressive historical writing on the evolution of the US – Israel relationship

I’ll link again to a very fine conference sponsored by American Conservative last Fall –

In addition to Phil’s talk, these speakers were impressive (imho) (not an exhaustive list, just my favorites):

    John Duncan (R-Tenn)
    William Ruger https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ClgmGBtLrG8&feature=youtu.be
    Michael Desch
    Emma Ashford **
    Fr. Thomas Zain
    William Lind

** Ashford is a newly minted PhD. If we wish to degrade and destroy the power of the Israel lobby, we better have an alternative waiting in the wings, and we damn well better nurture young people to develop the rhetorical, political, and scholarly skills to do so.

Mary Ellen O’Connell of Notre Dame University has special expertise in Just War Theory, laws of war, and laws re international sanctions http://www.nd.edu/about/spotlight/oconnell/

Dr. Dan Joyner is my go-to guy when the topic is the law of international treaties in general with special expertise in Nuclear Non- Proliferation and CBW treaties http://armscontrollaw.com

NC Congressman Walter Jones has taken a number of courageous positions and deserves not only our support but also should be more widely known: Courage is infectious.

Two other aspects of a proposed event that I think are important:

    1. Conferences like this might do well to rebalance “talking to” and “listening to.” By giving attendees more time and space to be listened to, — maybe small-group break-outs moderated by conference Speakers, conference organizers might discover pockets of expertise in talk-over land, and must find ways to empower and amplify the positions that we wish to prevail.

    2. There MUST be a take-away; ideally, quite carefully programmed or scripted, for example, a kind of syllabus for an at-home salon that conferees would organize in their neighborhoods and communities.

Just in time for our anti-Israel Lobby activities -
    PREPARE TO BE "SHAMED"!

    Meet The New Sniper Golem

    By Gilad Atzmon

In Jewish tradition the Golem is a robot created by the Jews to serve the chosen people and their tribal interests.

The best known story of the Golem is of Rabbi Judah Loew ben Bezalel, called the Maharal of Prague (1513-1609). It is said that the Maharalcreated a Golem out of clay to protect the Jews from blood libel and to help Jews comply with requirements for physical labour.

The Golem has made it to Israel. By now, the Palestinians are accustomed to being watched constantly by a score of Israeli flying Golem or ‘kosher drones.’

Yesterday we learned that the World Zionist Organization (WZO) has invested in a new cyber Golem designed to spy on all of us. Sniper, the new Golem will scan the net using a new algorithm, looking for anti-Jewish content.

The new Golem will search for certain keywords in different languages. A crew of WZO members will monitor the results, and react immediately. Once an offender is detected, the WZO will either contact authorities in the offending party's country or, alternatively, send a flying Golem to track the suspected Jew hater.

The Sniper Golem "will create deterrence," say the entrepreneurs behind it, "it won't be so easy to publish a status calling for the murder of Jews."

In my years of activity as a writer and researcher I have never come across a single ‘status’ calling for the ‘murder of Jews.’ This appears to be a severe manifestation of collective Jewish pre Traumatic Stress Syndrome (PRE TSD) hovering on the verge of psychosis.

The new Golem is set for launch on Sunday, during a WZO conference aimed at combating anti-Semitism in the modern era, which will be attended by Israel's Ambassador to the UN Danny Danon and Knesset Speaker MK Yuli Edelstein. In short, if you planned to publish a ‘murderous status’, hurry up, only three days left.

Mr. Giraldi - Tulsi Gabbard's views are commendable about America's illegal war in Syria. However, her knowledge about who're running the anti-Assad war, are clouded by her Indian and Hindu background. Her father is an Indian Catholic padre and her mother a devout Hindu from India. Naturally, she sees Muslim terrorism under her bed all the times. For her, Hindu, Christian and Jewish terrorism doesn't exist anywhere in the world.

She is sees the western phony al-Qaeda, ISIS, al-Shabaab and other pro-Western thugs as "Islamists", but BJP and other Hindutva fascists in India as no threat to non-Hindu religious minorities.

Non-Muslim minorities have lived in peace in many Muslim nations in addition to Syria, such as, Iran, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Iraq, Lebanon, Egypt, etc. On the other hand, Muslim minorities have long been persecuted not only in the western nations, but also in India, Nigeria, Sri Lanka, Israel, Thailand, Tanzania, Burma, etc.

If al-Qaeda is indeed "Islamist", why the anti-Muslim leaders like Sen. John McCain and the discredited Gen. David Petraeus want it to continue fighting against Assad and other anti-Israel ME leaders?

    https://rehmat1.com/2015/09/13/petraeus-us-join-al-qaeda-to-defeat-isis/

Tulsi Gabbard isn’t Indian . Her dad is White+Samoan and her mom is White. Her mom adopted Hinduism ergo Tulsi’s connection to the religion.

In a stunning display of disregard for international laws the two US satellites, UK and Sweden, say that they will disregard the UN decision on unlawful detention of Julian Assange.

It is my opinion that if you are coming to alternative media, such as unz.com, then you should not suffer from any illusion that there is any law for Israel and its satellites, US and EU. Such illusions are reserved for the brainwashed consumers of the regimes' MSM. Opposite to this, Russia and China have to observe the laws, signed and unsigned. But for Israel, US and EU, if it is not in their interest, it is as if the law does not exist. Who is going to force them to comply?

Thus, International Law is only called upon to justify the Western interest in something. When it cannot be used as a justification, then the law does not exist. Simple.

    Kiza:

Nobody here is suffering from any illusions.
    Certainly I am not.

I am well aware of what International “Law” is and isn’t.
And clearly so do the leaders of Russia and China.
When Pres Putin and FM Lavrov talk about “International Law” and “our Western partners” they certainly are under no illusions as to who those alleged “partners” are.
But it’s a theater. And Russian leaders are playing their part quite well.
And the reason they can play so well, is because they quietly were building up Russia’s military while their “partners” were celebrating the demise and backwardness of Russian military.
Until the spectacular cruise missile salvo from the Caspian Sea disabused them of their illusions.

Russia now has brute power, has shown is not shy to use it, and can use the International “Law”, such as it is, to its advantage.

Well the Turks are crying about the humanitarian catastrophe in Aleppo because, due to Russian bombing, they cannot deliver their "humanitarian assistance" to the "besieged civilians": http://www.reuters.com/article/us-mideast-crisis-syria-donors-aleppo-idUSKCN0VD2DV

Therefore, all the signs are that the Syrian war is going towards its end. The only chance for the the Coalition of the Sponsors of Terrorism (COST) is now for the US to jump into the war. The COST desperately needs a false flag to justify getting US military involved into this war. As I wrote before, it is unlikely that the US will get involved in the Syrian War under the electioneering conditions. The most likely scenario of a possible military intervention by the Coalition of the Sponsors of Terrorism, is Turkish tanks and troops with some Saudi troops, supported by US, NATO and Israeli air-forces fighting the Russian airforce for the control of the Syrian sky. The Incirlik base is full of US military jets and there are a US and a French aircraft carriers near by.

5731 and Avery, please stop writing about the NATO Charter and the International Law, when the the Coalition of the Sponsors of Terrorism has broken just about every law in existence. This is only about power, nothing about the law or agreements. The Euro-puppets in NATO will do exactly as told, the good dogs that they are.

Things have changed: Russia now has power. Did not have it when Yugoslavia was decimated, and could not help (….exemplified by the Pristina airport fiasco). When you have power, you can play the game of ” NATO Charter and the International Law” on the same level with the COST gang, as Russia has demonstrated in Syria.

Such illusions are reserved for the brainwashed consumers of the regimes’ MSM.

Simple.

Well that was all expected. The best way to know the situation on the ground is to wait for the US to call for peace negotiations. This is a sure-fire sign that their proxies on the ground are in serious trouble. I remember the same from the Bosnian war - when the Bosnian Serb offensive was kicking the bejesus out of the Bosnian Muslims (proxies of Saudi Arabia), the US and UK were screaming for peace negotiations. But before, when they landed planeloads of mujahedin onto Sarajevo Airport from Iran (of all places, Shiite Iran was sending fighters to help Bosnian Sunni Muslims; Sunni money + Shiite fighters + Western logistics = Bosnian War), then there was no time for negotiations.

The same pattern repeated itself in every Western war of choice after, including Ukraine before Syria.

Now, if you did not know the juiciest detail from Kerry's "demand": the US is offering a drop in Saudi Oil production, to increase the price of oil and thus pull Russia out of recession. Mike Whitney wrote an article about this, which unz.com has not taken yet.

BTW, Saudi Arabia is a proxy of Israel, that is one of Israel's allies which pays for what Israel wants (Israel somehow never has the money to pay for what it wants, other peoples' money is always preferred).

The latest is that the SAA is preparing an attack to cut of the main jihadi highway between Aleppo and Turkey. This comes as close as possible to the most important battle of the war. Without the supplies from Turkey, almost all terrorists will be in huge trouble, both those sponsored by Saudi Arabia and those sponsored by Turkey. Therefore, big trouble for the jihadis ahead.

This is why Erdogan is preparing Turkish tanks a troops for the same battle - there is a good chance that Turkey will finally openly attack Syria, instead of using its terrorist proxies.

    {…there is a good chance that Turkey will finally openly attack Syria….}

It’s been said not to underestimate the arrogant stupidity of Turk leaders.
But even they can’t be that stupid, can they ?

    Let us see:

    1. The legitimate government of Syria has invited Russian military into Syria.
    2. A ground invasion by Turkey would be illegal.
    3. Turkish armored columns can and will be attacked as illegal invaders.
    4. Yes, illegality did not stop NATO or its members from attacking Yugoslavia, for instance. But that was then and this is now: Russia has already demonstrated to the warmongers that things have changed.
    5. Even Neocon puppet UN cannot legitimize an illegal invasion by Turks, with permanent member Russia (…and China), vetoing anything they come up with.
    6. An armored column without air cover is so much as scrap metal .
    7. Russian air defenses will not allow Turkish AF to support their armored columns. After a few F-16s are shot down, Turks will get the message.
    8. SAA does not have the numbers or the equipment to stop the Turks. So it will fall to Russia.
    9. What is Russia going to do, allow Turks to move around Syria freely ?
    10. Russia has to destroy Turk armor: otherwise might as well invite NATO into Moscow.
    11. After Turk AF is chased away, Turk armor can be methodically destroyed.
    12. What is NATO going to do: start a nuke war with Russia ?
    13. They might: but Russia has publicly announced that it reserves the right of first-use of tactical nukes. I doubt very much European people will allow their leaders to commit them to collective suicide for Anglo-American crazies.
    14. Turk armor can also be destroyed via cruise missiles launched by the Caspian fleet. What is NATO going to do, attack Russian navy ships inside Russia ?

So I don’t think the Turk troop concentration is anything more than desperate posturing.
Turks know without air cover it will be a “Turkey shoot”. And Russia is not about to allow Turk AF to violate Syrian airspace. Russia in fact will welcome the opportunity to avenge the Su-24 shootdown.

Israel was not created in 1948 it declared itself a state in 1948.

Israel was created -- that is, it became an entity determined to dispossess indigenous Palestinians and make of their land a Jewish thing -- as early as 1905 or so.

It's important to get the timeline correct because the facts undermine the claim that the "holocaust" necessitated the creation of Israel.

count on your fingers if you have to.

Cause comes before effect and 1905 comes before 1945.

Excellent point. People also need to realize that ethnic cleansing was always fundamental to mainstream Zionism, due to its requirement for a state dominated by Jews. The ideology also requires the “ingathering” of all Jews to Eretz Israel. Unfortunately, there were many Jews in the diaspora and non-Jews who supported the Zionist movement but did not understand those two fundamental truths or chose to ignore them

My one disagreement with Mr. Giraldi is his observation that the problem originated in 2003.

The root of the problem is the use of chaos as a tool of US foreign policy. Prior to the Iran-Iraq War, the "arc of crisis" was used to further what were perceived as US interests, for example to weaken the Soviet Union by creating a challenge for in in Afghanistan and eventually Central Asia.

However, with the Iran-Iraq War, the MIC discovered that it could make money selling arms to both sides. When the Soviets collapsed and the Cold War could no longer be used to justify increased military spending, the MIC needed a new security threat. What was the US interest in the disintegration of Yugoslavia? The West first encouraged the secession of Slovenia, then Croatia with its cleansing of its Serb population. Did it increase global security to feed the paranoia of Serbs? No, but it sold lots of arms, so it was a great success.

Chaos for the sake of chaos and arms sales has become the essence of US policy, and it started long before 2003.

It amazes me that the neocons still insist that the west still has an option in Syria. America, smartly avoids a disastrous conflict that it cannot win. Russia, China, Iran are in Syria to stay. Please, everyone, stop stating that Saudi Arabia is behind ISIS for this is grossly untrue. Clearly, Israel is behind ISIS and is desperately attempting to blame Saudi Arabia and Turkey for her roles in the formation of ISIS. Further, the neocons in Washington and Tel Aviv have been quiet, the quiet before the storm. No doubt that they will be facilitating a major terrorist attack, most likely on American soil. They are quiet for two reasons; one, to get their candidate into the WH- Sanders, and secondly; plausible denial. Same Ol', Same Ol'.

Please, everyone, stop stating that Saudi Arabia is behind ISIS for this is grossly untrue. Clearly, Israel is behind ISIS and is desperately attempting to blame Saudi Arabia and Turkey for her roles in the formation of ISIS. . . .

They are quiet for two reasons; one, to get their candidate into the WH- Sanders, and secondly; plausible denial. Same Ol’, Same Ol’.

Disagree with the first point: Israel has been increasing its alliance with Saudi Arabia for several years. Bibi declared it from the podium of United Nations in 2014. see http://www.brookings.edu/events/2015/03/12-israel-periphery-doctrine-search-middle-east-allies

    and

Very much agree that Sanders is a stealth candidate of the Israel lobby.

Why does he keep naming the Koch brothers as offensive “billionaires” but not naming the numerous Jewish billionaires who are running the show on Wall Street and backing candidates who will comply with their Israel first demands?

Sanders said in a speech in NH yesterday that unemployment is a major cause of instability that leads to the fact that US has the highest rate of incarceration in the world. His solution is to raise the minimum wage.

At the same time, Jewish functionaries in US Treasury Department and Jewish-dominated committees in Congress are running ruinous economic-financial wars against Iran and Russia, intended to provoke destabilization.

This is just like the way Jews and other Wall Street financiers ran ruinous and provocative financial wars against Russia (in early 20th century) and Germany beginning in 1933, with the intention of provoking the war that ultimately destroyed Germany and the Christian core of Europe.

So I don't think the Turk troop concentration is anything more than desperate posturing.
Turks know without air cover it will be a "Turkey shoot". And Russia is not about to allow Turk AF to violate Syrian airspace. Russia in fact will welcome the opportunity to avenge the Su-24 shootdown.

  • It amazes me that the neocons still insist that the west still has an option in Syria.

Why does he keep naming the Koch brothers as offensive "billionaires" but not naming the numerous Jewish billionaires who are running the show on Wall Street and backing candidates who will comply with their Israel first demands?

It is that special knack of the MIC and its prostitutes and presstitutes to use the dead bodies which they create as a reason why we need to pay them more for their "protection". The MIC created a self-sufficient, self-containing, and self-perpetuating war eco-system: the MIC kills indiscriminately (for example, using drones), the killing produces enemies, those enemies are to weak to wage real war so MIC calls their attempts at revenge "terrorism", the MIC kills some more, then they use the dead bodies of their victims for propaganda to show how vile "our enemies" are, and the MIC's own, real terrorists use victim prisoners for nice extra financing by selling their organs on the black market and so on forever. Nirvana of pigs in the clover.

Why are US MIC results so miserable relative to the amount of money it costs. The Russian military budget is at least 12 times smaller than the US budget (but up to additional 50% of the US official military budget is hidden into the “non-military” budget items, such civilian nuclear energy and so on, and into ad hoc military appropriations and “kinetic action” allocations, which lifts it from the official $550B to at least $750B). Yet, Russia produces armaments which are in some areas almost on par, but in others even better than what the US has in its arsenal, especially in Electronic Warfare – EW.

It is not that Russian military does not do corruption, a recent Russian defense minister was caught trading in vast military real-estate assets for personal and his buddies’ gain. Therefore, corruption exists in every military, but only in the US it is institutionalized and ubiquitous.

You might want to re-check your story on the dancing Israelis and the “art students.”

  • Thierry Meyssan at VoltaireNet is determined to expose the role of Jeffrey Feltman in the debacle that turned Syria into a cauldron of suffering humanity.

In Germany and the UNO Against Syria,Meyssan reported on the complicity of a German think-tank with Feltman to undermine Assad.

Feltman is also implicated in the assassination of Rafik Hariri, carried out in collaboration with the same German worthies, as well as coordination of Israel’s counterproductive attack on Lebanon in 2006.

Yesterday, Voltairenet reported on Saudi activities surrounding imminent negotiations toward peace in Syria. Meyssan notes that Feltman’s finger on the scales in the negotiations discredits the role and function of the United Nations as an arbiter. Towards peace in Syria without armed opposition.

Feltman was mentioned in Victoria Nuland’s “f&%k EU” conversation with Pyatt; Feltman was the State Department’s man in Algeria at the time of the outbreak of “Arab Spring” in Tunisia; and in mid-2008 Feltman told a US State Department panel that he was involved in funding NGOs operating in Iran in the lead-up to Iran’s elections in 2009.

    Colorful guy, that Jeff Feltman.

    PREPARE TO BE “SHAMED”!

Once an offender is detected, the WZO will either contact authorities in the offending party’s country or, alternatively, send a flying Golem to track the suspected Jew hater.

The Sniper Golem “will create deterrence,” say the entrepreneurs behind it, “it won’t be so easy to publish a status calling for the murder of Jews.”

In my years of activity as a writer and researcher I have never come across a single ‘status’ calling for the ‘murder of Jews.’ This appears to be a severe manifestation of collective Jewish pre Traumatic Stress Syndrome (PRE TSD) hovering on the verge of psychosis.

The new Golem is set for launch on Sunday, during a WZO conference aimed at combating anti-Semitism in the modern era, which will be attended by Israel’s Ambassador to the UN Danny Danon and Knesset Speaker MK Yuli Edelstein. In short, if you planned to publish a ‘murderous status’, hurry up, only three days left.

Gabbard might go one step further to ask why Syria is the way it is in the first place since that would question Administration priorities...

Not only Administrtion priorities but Congressional priorities as well. As Wesley Clark noted in 2007:

"We’re going to take out seven countries in 5 years, starting with Iraq, and then Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and, finishing off, Iran”

And who was responsible for dreaming up this game plan of taking out "seven countries in 5 years?" Why it was none other than the neocon/Israel firsters who were keen on remaking the ME by regime changing those countries deemed hostile to the Zionist project, to enhance the security of the villa in the jungle. It's all laid out in PNAC's A Clean Break and in the Oded Yinon Plan.

If anyone is still doubtful that this is the case, one need only recall the words that were uttered by SOS Condi Rice back in 2006, when the Zionist Project was busy defending itself against that Goliath called Lebanon:

"What we're seeing here, in a sense, is the growing -- the birth pangs of a new Middle East."

I wonder who wrote those words for her?

Remember the USS Liberty!!!!!...Dancing Israeli Art Students on a NJ rooftop 9/11....Israel our friend!!!!!....or is it our fiend?

I may be wrong but I think you may have conflated the events concerning the Israelis. As I recall the dancers were dancing in an apartment building car park after setting up a tripod and camera (fortuitously?) to capture the planes crashing into WTC 1 &2.

The Israeli “art students” were a different and much larger group who were actually found to be living illegally (squatting) inside unoccupied offices within the Twin Towers themselves just prior to 9/11.

Those thousands of pound of "explosive" thermite charges were carried up the stairs unnoticed during this power outage. They were emplaced, again unnoticed by tenants or security, with precision and lightning speed in the dark.

    That makes sense.

Thermite charges work by igniting and burning at extremely high temperatures, not by generating shock waves.

How about someone do an analytic and imaginative piece treating strongly tribal Jews (very different from tribal Iraqis or Pakistanis of course – just a convenient way of indicating strong instinctive affiliation) as a political party in a global democracy the functioning and rules of which are even more idiosyncratic, fluid, contested and unreliable than in the sort-of democracy that the US boasts?

In so far as one wants to treat the UN as legislature one has not just permanent Opposition but permanent minor party single issue status for Israel, a convenient blocking vote in the upper house which still has to be negotiated occasionally….. and so on.

Before stamping on it would someone like to extend the figurative use of democratic political parties to analyse and predict the behaviour in question? Maybe even Mayor Daley and Tammany Hall could feature….

Yeah, Mr Giraldi is not to blame for the lack of paragraphs, it is a computer issue - the difference between New Line and Carriage Return with New Line, and their conversion into HTML "breaks", that is new paragraphs. Anyway, what picky readers.

With respect, I have commented on most of the issues which Mr Giraldi covers in this article already.

Regarding how the good intelligence gets cooked (on the 7th floor) and why: http://www.unz.com/tsaker/week-sixteen-of-the-russian-intervention-in-syria-a-us-invasion-of-syria-next/#comment-1314655

Regarding the honorary title of Hitler which the State Department, US pundits, and the servile US presstitutes like giving to distinguished foreign statesmen: http://www.unz.com/ishamir/moscow-snowbound-litvinenko-poisoned-and-the-syrian-war/#comment-1310693

Regarding the likelihood of a direct military intervention by US in Syria: http://www.unz.com/tsaker/week-sixteen-of-the-russian-intervention-in-syria-a-us-invasion-of-syria-next/#comment-1313740.

In summary, Mr Hof is dedicated to singularly promoting the point of view of his Ziocon masters, and to me this is the only sign of personal intelligence that Mr Giraldi mentions: Mr Hof knows who is buttering his bread as a military consultant. But, otherwise, Mr Hof appears to be on the same hallucinogens as his masters. One could laugh at his writing if it was not so delusionally dangerous. Scary.

    “Anyway, what picky readers.”

But Mr. Hof is of course exceptional: he is the best prostitute MIC can buy.
"Hof likens the Syrian, Iranian and Russian leadership to Hitler thirty years ago in that they are being given a pass by the West and avers that they “know that Assad is the single greatest obstacle to a united front against Islamic State.” ... The op-ed goes on to claim that delaying action for thousands of Syrians will mean “people slaughtered, maimed, stampeded, starved, tortured and raped by Assad’s people” and reiterates the call for “professional ground forces…under U.S. command” to deal simultaneously with both al-Assad and ISIS."
Does not Mr. How know what exactly was an major impetus for creation of ISIS? Has he heard about the effects of the illegal western wars against several Middle Eastern states? And note the M. Hof's sudden humanitarian concern for the "slaughtered, maimed, stampeded, starved, tortured and raped" in Syria - as if Mr. Hov has never heard about the US/EU wars against Israel, Afghanistan, and Libya, which had started before the conflict in Syria. These wars have indeed produced a lot of "slaughtered, maimed, stampeded, starved, tortured and raped" persons. Plus the huge waves of refugees, which began reaching Europe before the Syrian war.
Mr. Hof comes out as an amazingly pliable individual always ready to contort his mind in a profitable direction. A classic opportunist. Who is Frederic C. Hof? Mr. Hof used to be a Mideast official in the Pentagon and the CEO of AALC, an Arlington, VA international business consulting firm."Since 1993 he has been working closely with corporate clients internationally to solve problems, devise strategies and provide key issue analysis across a broad spectrum of business sectors." http://cosmos.ucc.ie/cs1064/jabowen/IPSC/php/authors.php?auid=20352
Do we need to know more about Mr. Hof? - Currently, Mr. Hof is a Resident Senior Fellow at Atlantic Council, the same Council that had elevated Mr. Higgins (of Billincat fame), a specialist in selling women' underwear and author of slanderous fantastic stories about US/RF conflict in Ukraine, to Council's Fellowship.
Here is a special pronouncement of Mr. Hof, this corporate warrior: "The United States should neither seek nor shy away from confrontation with Russian forces in Syria." In short, the war profiteers of Military Industrial Complex, rejoice!

JEWDAS – – A GLIMPSE INTO JEWISH LEFT DUPLICITY
    February 02, 2016 / Gilad Atzmon

The Zionist UK Jewish Chronicle reported last weekend that Jewdas, a so-called ‘Left’ Jewish group, recently participated in an Anti-Fa march in Dover against ‘right wing extremists’ who oppose the entry of Syrian refugees into the Kingdom.

In fact, many British humanists and ethically oriented beings agree that the UK should provide shelter to refugees from a battle zone, especially when it is Britain that made Iraq, Syria and the entire region into a battle zone. One could anticipate that ‘Left’ Jews would be at the forefront of a call to help Syrian and Iraqi refugees because Jewish ‘Leftists’ ought to know that the 2003 criminal war against Islam in particular and Arabs in general was an immoral Zio-con operation. The Jewdasses must know that it was Lord Levy and the Labour Friends Of Israel who were Tony Blair’s leading fundraisers when Britain was taken into that criminal war. They should certainly remember that Jewish Chronicle writers David Aaronovitch and Nick Cohen were the leading advocates for the war within British media.

So it was not a surprise that Jewdas joined the Anti-Fa campaign for Syrian refugees. But astoundingly, none of the expected humanist concerns brought Jewdas to the streets of Dover. In fact, it was the other way around. Crude Jewish self-centric interests motivated Jewdas. Their spokesperson said:

“We think it’s important that the Jewish community takes the threat of far-right violence seriously – a point we made at various stages last year when anti-Jewish demonstrations were taking place in London.”

His statement is unambiguous. It wasn’t the plight of the refugees or any kind of acknowledgment of Jewish political complicity in the humanitarian disaster in the Middle East that brought Jewdas to the streets of Dover. Once again, it was Judeo-centrism at play. Jewdas joined the Anti Fa protest to defend their own Jewish tribal and racial interests. Their spokesman stated: “These (right wing) groups pose a clear threat to our (Jewish) community.”

Bizarre, by expressing such views, the Jewdas spokesperson revealed that Jewdas has more in common with the ‘Rightwing extremists’ than with most immigration advocates or minority support groups.

Yet, I admit that this news item left me a bit puzzled. On the one hand, Jewdas claims to care for minorities in Britain while they seem to lack even remote empathy towards indigenous English people who have been reduced into a minority in their own capital.

I guess that within the Jewish political universe, the indigenous population is always an enemy, whether it is in Britain, Palestine or anywhere else. Maybe this helps explain why Jewish history is a chain of countless holocausts and pogroms.

To my mind the blame for the mess in Syria and Iraq coupled with the rise of ISIS should be put squarely where it belongs: at the White House under our two most recent presidents and their advisers. The rot began in 2003 when Iraq was invaded. At that time both Baghdad and Damascus were quiet, stable and terrorist free even if they were not democracies.

The US Military is digging in deep in Syrian Soil…

Calculate the probability of a Russian Military and US Military violent collision in Syria..

The calculate the probability of thermonuclear war after that first initial collision of the Russian and US Military…

I can think of no more vile and repellant phrases than:”I support the Troops!!!!”…and “Thank you for your service” uttered by short-fat-cellulite-pudgies with rapidly expanding-shockwaves-of-cellulite through thick -farty-brown-coudoroy pants worn by wealthy chickenhawk sports talk how hosts on stations such as WFAN!!!

You forgot to mention the single mother, lesbian, gay, trans-sexual-staffed United States military the faggy President from Kenya transformed the American fighting forces into. What's Russia got to fear from the United States anyway?

    Seriously, how could you forget?

Great news: filthy, anti-Christian warmongering Neocons are frustrated that their plans to destroy another viable, functioning state and cause ethnic cleansing and bloodshed like in Iraq, have been thwarted (… so far).

The more the bloodless anti-Human slithering reptilian scum express frustration, the more we know that their throat-cutting cannibal puppets are being chopped to pieces by SAA and Russian AF.

Go Syrian Arab Army. Go Russia.

  • Some additional thoughts from my blog;

Assad assumed that if he cooperated with the Americans they would leave him alone, so he agreed to turn over all his chemical weapon stockpiles, which Syria safely maintained for decades as a deterrent to an Israeli attack. The USA sent a special team and ship that disposed of all Syrian chemical weapons. But the hostile rhetoric along with weapons and foreign fighters continued to flow to Syria, and the Obama team resumed chanting: “Assad Must Go! Meanwhile, thousands of Syrians died and millions were displaced while Assad was blamed for using his Army to protect Syria from these foreign funded Islamic fighters.

Why did Nobel Peace Prize winner Obama cause massive death and destruction trying to oust Assad, and think that a loose collection of Islamic “moderates” could rule Syria? Every group of armed moderates our CIA sent into Syria immediately joined a larger Islamic terror group. The effort was a disastrous failure, yet continues. Why not help Assad restore order so that millions of Syrian refugees can return home? Luckily, Russia intervened to save Assad, but the USA was angry! Why? If NATO was truly interested in defending Europe, it would send troops to help Assad restore peace so Europe could ship their million unwanted Syrian refugees back home. Trump is the only presidential candidate who says Assad must stay. Bill O’Reilly asked why, and Trump responded: “Because I don’t’ want to run Syria, do you?”

  • As always, Mr Giraldi makes a great deal of sense – but he draws back at the critical point. He writes that the US government seems set on: “…eliminating al-Assad for no conceivable reason that has anything to do with actual American interests”.

If only that were true! Many writers have clearly explained how wealthy corporate interests – mostly American – wish to run oil and gas pipelines through Syria, and for that and other purposes would like to run the country as they wish. That is, without any interference from pesky Syrians or their government. It would be ideal, in fact, if there were no Syrian government at all. The country would then descend into chaos and anarchy, in which no one’s life or property would be safe – unless, like wealthy American corporations – they were able to bring in their own private mercenary armies to protect them, enforce their will, and punish anyone who resists them.

  • Mr. Giraldi – Tulsi Gabbard’s views are commendable about America’s illegal war in Syria. However, her knowledge about who’re running the anti-Assad war, are clouded by her Indian and Hindu background. Her father is an Indian Catholic padre and her mother a devout Hindu from India. Naturally, she sees Muslim terrorism under her bed all the times. For her, Hindu, Christian and Jewish terrorism doesn’t exist anywhere in the world.

She is sees the western phony al-Qaeda, ISIS, al-Shabaab and other pro-Western thugs as “Islamists”, but BJP and other Hindutva fascists in India as no threat to non-Hindu religious minorities.

If al-Qaeda is indeed “Islamist”, why the anti-Muslim leaders like Sen. John McCain and the discredited Gen. David Petraeus want it to continue fighting against Assad and other anti-Israel ME leaders?

Yeah, Mr Giraldi is not to blame for the lack of paragraphs, it is a computer issue – the difference between New Line and Carriage Return with New Line, and their conversion into HTML “breaks”, that is new paragraphs.

Scary.

  • Gabbard might go one step further to ask why Syria is the way it is in the first place since that would question Administration priorities…

Not only Administrtion priorities but Congressional priorities as well. As Wesley Clark noted in 2007:

“We’re going to take out seven countries in 5 years, starting with Iraq, and then Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and, finishing off, Iran”

And who was responsible for dreaming up this game plan of taking out “seven countries in 5 years?” Why it was none other than the neocon/Israel firsters who were keen on remaking the ME by regime changing those countries deemed hostile to the Zionist project, to enhance the security of the villa in the jungle. It’s all laid out in PNAC’s A Clean Break and in the Oded Yinon Plan.

If anyone is still doubtful that this is the case, one need only recall the words that were uttered by SOS Condi Rice back in 2006, when the Zionist Project was busy defending itself against that Goliath called Lebanon:

“What we’re seeing here, in a sense, is the growing — the birth pangs of a new Middle East.”

I wonder who wrote those words for her?

    A LITTLE OUTSIDE THE BOX

This morning, 10,000 copies of a fake New York Times were handed out across Manhattan — at Penn Station, Grand Central, Times Square — as well as at the Barclays Center. The paper’s front page, accompanied by an online version, proclaimed that Congress would debate U.S. aid to Israel and that Hillary Clinton had quit the presidential race. The ersatz edition even included a bogus weather forecast for Tuesday: “windy, cloudy, high 22.” (Today’s high was 54 degrees.)
