Lutakko Liekeissä is an alternative music oriented festival for all ages that celebrates it 10th anniversary this August. The unique ”semi open air” atmosphere can enjoyed from inside the prestigious rock club as well as under the sun in Lutakko’s yard. The two-day festival will have approximately thirty bands performing on two different stages.
HISTORY
Ever since its first incarnation in 2006, Lutakko Liekeissä festival has been held annually in August both inside and outside of Tanssisali Lutakko. List of foreign artist that have performed at the festival include Fucked Up, Discharge, Entombed A.D., Strike Anywhere, The Haunted, Truckfighters, The Menzingers, The Brains, Protest The Hero, INVSN, Nine, Catharsis, Looptroop Rockers, Wolves Like Us, Honningbarna, Talbot, Digger Barnes, TV Smith, We Are Physics, Death Is Not Glamorous, Misery Index, Meanwhile, Gavin Portland, My Summer As A Salvation Soldier and a countless amount of Finnish bands.
SCHEDULE
The band schedule can be found from "Lineup"-page. Gates to the festival will be opened at 16:30 on Friday and at 14:30 on Saturday. The free for all sideshow program in Lutakonaukio will start at 15:00 on Friday and at 13:00 on Saturday. The festival ends at 02:00 on both nights and the outdoor stage quiets down an hour earlier.

TICKETS
Two-day ticket to the festivals costs 50 euros. One-day ticket for Friday is 30 euros and for Saturday 35 euros. Additionally, pre-sale tickets can be purchased from Tiketti’s outlets throughout the country. When you make your purchase from Tiketti, additional fees may apply.

ACCOMODATION

CLOAKROOM
The festival cloakroom is located right next to the festival main entrance. The cost is two euros per day which includes a limitless amount of extra visits.
SIDESHOWS
The free for all programme on Friday and Saturday is located right next to the festival area on Lutakonaukio. Program includes live music, skateboarding, DJ’s etc, all under the Lutakko Liekeissä Sideshows title.
BOTTLES AND INTOXICANTS
Bringing bottles and any intoxicants to the festival site is strictly prohibited. The only exceptions are empty plastic bottles that can be filled with water inside the festival. Alcohol is served to persons of age (18 and above) at the festival bar areas.
