If a local donation location cannot be found, the company will coordinate with a 3rd party haul-away service to remove the mattress at no charge.

Delivery

Delivery of the Tuft and Needle mattress is free within the continental United States. The mattress usually arrives via FedEx Ground within 2-5 business days after it is ordered.

The Tuft and Needle mattress is compressed into plastic wrapping and shipped in a box to your doorstep. Upon delivery, you simply open the box, remove the packaging, and then the mattress will decompress to reach its full size. After 2-3 hours, the mattress should be sleep-ready.
