Description

Application Engineer (Customer Success) (ENG-NL)(#223) As a Application Engineer (Customer Success) you are the trusted partner to our valued customers. Your primary goal is to enable successful adoption of our own Platform by our customers and help them evolve their business through the use of our products. You as a Application Engineer Customer Success will be helping web and mobile application developers around the globe to understand and implement our products.

At the same time you will be involved in our "Tooling Team" as an Application Engineer. You will be adopting our products yourself and using them to build our tooling around our Platform for internal purposes.

Because you are so close to the product and the customer, you’re the Expert in the eye of our customers. The ideal candidate will need to have a deep technical knowledge, experience with building API driven modern applications, and a customer-oriented attitude with great communication skills.

This role includes responsibilities such as:
- Technical advising and on-boarding of our customers
- Customer support and troubleshooting
- Influence higher product adoption by our customers
- Customer satisfaction and retention
- Helping our marketing and product team define and optimize our Customer Lifecycle
- Participating (hands-on) in development of internal tooling (application development)
- Representing our customers issues to our Product and Software Engineering team and find innovative ways to resolve issues
- Work closely with our Product, Marketing and Software Engineering team


Qualifications and skills:


- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent -practical experience.

- 5+ years hands-on experience in application development (JavaScript, Angularjs, Reactjs, Vuejs, NodeJS)

- 2+ years of experience in customer support

- Enthusiastic and positive mindset

- Fluent in English and great communication skills

- Customer oriented and strong empathy for customers

- You are intuitive and inventive by providing solutions and workarounds for customers

- Team player that shares technical information freely and willingly

- Brought technical knowledge
