If I had to pick one area of photography, it would be portraiture. To work with a person or group of people and to capture their best self with the camera is just an amazing amount of fun. Whether it is headshots for LinkedIn or a family group photograph at a reunion or maybe someone doing their favorite activity for the camera, I’ll capture your best side.

Wedding Photography

I think most photographers have photographed at least one wedding. I photograph about 10 to 15 weddings a year. Sometimes I am just the assistant or the “second shooter” and other times, I am the main photographer. And since I am the Official Gay Photographer of Utah, I get the chance to photograph a number of LGBT weddings each year. I also photograph LDS Temple weddings, Catholic weddings, atheist weddings, Indian weddings, and other types of weddings. Each wedding is different, and in many cases, the weddings are very similar.
