The combination of brilliant Summer weather and surge in numbers at the gym lead to a need for extra space to take classes. We looked at an concrete area outside our building to develop into an astro turf training area.
JNC Premier Pitches offered an affordable quality product that has allowed us to add up to 7 extra training class’s per week. Training outdoors while avoiding harsh ground conditions is also a big draw for clients. The ability for us to train clients year round on a quality astro turf surface has been a major advantage to us going forward.

I’ve had the chance to work with the company over the past 12 months and really enjoyed the experience so far.
I’ve trained many team’s on the astro turf pitch installed at Tipperary’s intercounty training ground Dr. Morris Park and it really is a top class facility that Premier Pitches have constructed there.
Training many senior club teams & intercounty teams over the years has provided great experience in terms of understanding what players are looking for in a synthetic pitch. This knowledge along with the practical experience of JNC Premier Pitches is resulting in some top class training facilities around the country in all codes.
The company has been a joy to work with over the last year and I’ve got the chance to be part of winning contracts with some major clubs throughout the country.
Fethard GAA Club installed February 2017
In 2016 Fethard GAA set out ambitious plans to install a new all-weather facility to progress the vision of the club and its members, it wasn’t going to be easy as the existing site was tight with tennis courts, handball alleys and changing rooms all contained in the area that was chosen. JNC Premier Pitches won the tender process and from the first minute the project ran like clockwork. Premier Pitches have their own in-house Health and Safety Manager, and this was a huge plus because on a site that needed to be operational for the duration of the build the safety of our players and members was paramount.
JNC Premier Pitches completed the full contract which included moving existing ball stops and installing a retaining wall between the new artificial pitch and the existing natural pitch. Everything from the ground works, drainage, fencing, floodlighting, access ramps, as well as the pitch installation was carried out to the highest standard and we are delighted with the quality of playing surface and would highly recommend JNC Premier Pitches to any club.
