The City of La Cañada Flintridge has gone digital!

Over the last few years, the City has been developing a new system to better serve the residents and clients.  This new platform called, ConnectLCF, will give 24/7 access to the majority of City's permits/entitlement process and service requests.

With ConnectLCF the City will no longer accept paper applications, and everything must be submitted through the ConnectLCF portal.  There will be kiosk stations at City Hall should you want to access the system in person.  However, there is no need to travel to City Hall, since you can submit/pay/check/update all your cases online from the comfort of your home or business.  In addition, all plan checks will be done digitally, and the City will now be able to process credit cards through the online portal.

The system will provide more transparency to the public.  If you are interested to know if the activity next door has a permit, login to CONNECTLCF portal and check the address for any active permits*.  Note, if you are not the applicant, only those information available under the Public Record Act will be available.  However, if you are the applicant, you will have access to all information about your cases.

Residents are encouraged to register to always be in the know regarding any associated cases.  City staff will automatically add property owners as a contact to cases related to their property.  If you do not register, you will not be able to see updates regarding your cases.

There are video tutorials available on learning how to use the system.

Review Required Submittals (REVIEW BEFORE APPLYING) before applying.

THE SYSTEM IS MOBILE FRIENDLY AND CAN BE ACCESSED FROM ANY DEVICE WITH INTERNET ACCESS.

*At the current time, only information on new cases submitted through the system will be available online.  All past cases will be scanned and uploaded as an archived record in the future.
