MRT values feedback, good OR bad!That’s how we learn We also independently engage a company to call all our clients within 3 days of any work that we complete to ensure all is ok and then to measure ourselves.If we cant get thru to you after 3 phone call attempts we will then send you a letter to show we care.We then send a SMS message in 7 days to check again and then in 90 days we send a message to give you and your car a FREE checkover
