Our goal is to expose our guests to Peruvian cocktail culture in an environment where you can’t help but enjoy yourself. We care about our cocktails and go to great lengths to make sure they are interesting, fresh, and yes, even exciting. We want to offer New Orleans something truly unique.
The backbone of the cocktail program is pisco, a Peruvian liquor made from grapes. Pisco’s history goes back 500 years and is the cornerstone of many important classic cocktails. What makes it so special, though, is how it is produced. Every drop of liquid in a bottle of pisco came from a grape, and nothing else is allowed. This level of purity is unheard of for a spirit category, and for that reason making pisco is truly an art form, and an exciting opportunity for us at the Catahoula.
Catahoula Hotel features two unique spaces for private events: a third-floor Rooftop Terrace and a garden-level Café and Courtyard. The venues at Catahoula Hotel each feature a full cocktail bar and make the perfect location for a milestone celebration, corporate reception, or wedding ceremony and reception.

Piscobar Kitchen is located inside the Catahoula Hotel and serves up powerful, plant-based flavors from traditional Taiwanese comfort foods–think fresh market vegetable stuffed dumplings and gochujang braised eggplant–through a 100% vegan lens.
