MLW Fightland in Chicago was a big success for the company.
PWInsider reports that the event drew the highest attendance and gate in company history. The previous high for attendance was 1,536 for the June 20, 2003 event MLW Hybrid Hell in Florida. An official attendance for Fightland, which took place at Cicero Stadium, was not given. However, MLW CEO Court Bauer took to social media to thank fans for coming out to the show and to announce that the attendance would "shatter" the all-time record.
Cicero Stadium’s listed capacity is 6,000 people, although that figure doesn't account for a wrestling set-up.
