Please read the following instructions before filling the application form.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU ARE APPLYING TO PARTICIPATE IN OUR ONLINE TEST SCHEDULED FOR 28TH JULY, 2019 (SUNDAY) TO WIN A NEST SCHOLARSHIP BASED ON MERIT. WE DO NOT OFFER ADMISSION TO ANY CLASS, COURSE OR TRAINING. IT'S AN INITIATIVE TO AWARD ONLY SCHOLARSHIPS.

You are eligible to apply for NEST-JUNIOR-2019 only if you are currently a bona fide student of class 9th,10th, 11th or 12th(science stream only), 1st Year and 2nd Year of Dip. Engg. in any school/college in India. In other words, you can apply for NEST-JUNIOR category of scholarships of this year only if you are appearing in or passing out your class 9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th and 1st Year & 2nd Year of Dip. Engg. exam in the year 2019.You are advised to read all the eligibility criteria carefully in the ABOUT NEST folder of our website www.nest.net.in before filling up the application form.

If you are paying your registration fee through Demand Draft, then it must be in favour of SEMCI INDIA payable at MUMBAI. Before filling up the application form, you must have your Demand Draft ready as you need to enter your Demand Draft details at the time of registration. But, if you are making payment online, i.e. through Internet Banking, then you should keep your Credit Card / Debit Card / Internet Banking Account details ready for online payment at the time of registration.
You must write your own full name and/or Registration Number on the back-side of your Demand Draft before sending it to our Mumbai office.

REGISTRATION FEE:
I. NEST-JUNIOR-I: Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only)
II. NEST-JUNIOR-II: Rs. 600/- (Rupees Six Hundred only)
NOTE: The last date without late fee is 30th April, 2019. Thereafter, there is late fee of Rs. 100/- in May, 2019 and Rs. 200/- in June, 2019.

**NOTE: Though the choice of centre is not guaranteed, yet we try our level best to allot the nearest centre to your correspondence address.

Write your Full Name as it appears in your school/college certificates. |

Write Full Name of your father. |

Fill up your date of birth as per your High School certificate. |

While there are no groups or sub-groups for NEST-JUNIOR-I category (i.e. for students of class 9th & 10th), NEST-JUNIOR-II category (i.e. for students of class 11th & 12th) will select any ONE from the TWO groups of subjects, viz. Physics, Chemistry & Biology (PCB) and Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (PCM). You must tick-mark any ONE of them.
Dip. Engg. students of 1st Year and 2nd Year will have to choose PCM just like class 11th and 12th students.

Give your full and correct address for correspondence along with correct Pin Code of the area/town. |
| 10. |
**You need to choose the name of the city (in the registration form) from where you would like to appear for the test. A test center would be allotted to you in the particular city.

You should write your correct permanent and functional Land-line and Mobile numbers as well as any other alternative telephone number to
enable us to instantly inform you about any important matter regarding the test. Please do not change your numbers till your final result is declared.

Please make sure you mention your correct E-mail Id as we need it to send you all our notices or alerts first by e-mail and then by phone call and/or SMS.

Write full name of your College and its Location (i.e. town/city where you are currently a bona fide student and pursuing your studies).
|
| 14. |
Though percentage of marks in the qualifying and other previous exams is no bar to apply for NEST and, that is why, we do not check your percentage of marks now. This will only help us verify your details when you win a high rank and/or a scholarship based on your performance in the test.

Please note: Incorrect information may lead to rejection of your application form. You must undertake the responsibility of the correctness of all the information that you give in the application form.

You must upload your latest and clear photograph as proof of your identity in the application form. The photo must either be in (JPG, JPEG, GIF, TIF) format & it should be of a passport-size and its memory size should not be more than 100 KB. Please keep the scanned copy of your photo ready before you start the registration process.

Please also go through other important instructions as -
- Anyone who has won the top prize CANNOT appear again in the same category.
- If your mode of payment is by Demand Draft, your application will be accepted and you will receive the confirmation of its acceptance only after the receipt of your Demand Draft in our office and its encashment.
- Fees once deposited will NOT be returned even if the test is cancelled for any genuine reasons.
- Your test venue can be changed to another nearest available venue due to any strategic or other reasons. We will NOT pay for your travelling To and Fro or for staying in the city for the test.
- Results may sometimes be delayed due to any unforeseen reasons. So, you need to keep patience while waiting for it. Winners will be informed individually as soon as the final list is ready. The result will be put up in the RESULT menu of our website WWW.NEST.NET.IN on 5th September, 2019 at 5 PM.
- ADMIT CARDS will be sent only by e-mail on 20nd July, 2019. You will also be able to download your Admit Card from our website at 5PM on the same date.
