Single Day events
Full refunds on events cancelled more than 2 days (48 hours) in advance. Refunds are not available with less than 2 days (48 hours) notice. If purchaser can not attend an event, a guest can replace their spot on the event without issue. ONLINE COUPON: If you happened to purchase a coupon for our events through an online vendor such as Groupon, Living Social, or similar, refunds can not be given at any point from Living Adventure Tours since you had made payments to those vendors and not us. Living Adventure Tours does not receive payment for these coupons until you attend a event with us, so any refunds have to go through the vendor you purchased it from, and will be subject to their return policy and not our own.
Multiday overnight events
Full refunds on events cancelled more than 5 days in advance. Refunds are not available with less than 5 days notice. If purchaser can not attend an event, a guest can replace their spot on the event without issue.
