The Internet Archive discovers and captures web pages through many different web crawls.
At any given time several distinct crawls are running, some for months, and some every day or longer.
View the web archive through the Wayback Machine.
Content crawled via the Wayback Machine Live Proxy mostly by the Save Page Now feature on web.archive.org.
Liveweb proxy is a component of Internet Archive?s wayback machine project. The liveweb proxy captures the content of a web page in real time, archives it into a ARC or WARC file and returns the ARC/WARC record back to the wayback machine to process. The recorded ARC/WARC file becomes part of the wayback machine in due course of time.
Job Explorer provides an interactive exploration environment for children learning about the different professions in the world.
It has launched with four professions, they are: - astronaut - doctor - musician - Australian tour guide
Each profession is championed by a fictional character with a distinctly synthesized voice to help immerse you into the world of that job.
You can learn about the personal story of the character, get facts about the job, learn about related jobs and complete badges.
There are four badges per job focusing on core elements of the job. To earn a badge, the user needs to answer five questions correctly. The questions keep rotating through the non-answered ones until they are all complete.
Badge progress is saved so the you can complete the badges over whatever period of time you like.
Please direct feedback and questions to firstname.lastname@example.org otherwise you can leave feedback in the Alexa Skill Store which is always appreciated.
