Good greens, but always has bugs!
I like this brand of spinach (or other salad greens they carry: romaine, arugula, Italian mix, spring mix, etc.). I like this brand because they do a good job making sure there isn't much moisture in the bag or clamshell. Other brands tend to have so much water moisture sealed up in the bag, which makes it rot so fast.However, you must meticulously CHECK FOR BUGS. Its almost a leaf by leaf requirement. I've done quicker checks before and still been surprised by a bug stuck to a leaf. Perhaps the worst is finding DEAD FLIES!So, check your greens!
