Craftmen’s Courtyard in Nuremberg – a friendly welcome awaits you!
The Craftsmen‘s Courtyard is also festively adorned during the Christkindlesmarkt.
Hidden inside the massive city walls and just steps away from the Neues Museum, handicrafts and traditional Franconian specialties can be purchased from small halftimbered houses: a pewterer, glass cutter, leather maker, potter, gold and silversmith, gingerbread and ornate cookie maker sell their wares, repair objects, provide information and let visitors look over their shoulders while they work.
Gift items and Christmas decorations can be found in the arts and crafts stores, with not only Christmas in mind. And those who are hungry and thirsty after a hard day‘s shopping can take a break in the Weinstube, Bratwurstglöcklein and the BALKON.
Opening times during the Christindlesmarkt:
Crafmen's Courtyard: 9 am - 10 pm
Shops: 10 am - 6.30 pm
Restaurants: 10.30 am - 10 pm
