One of the greatest challenges of our day is helping individuals discover, engage, and live their God-given destiny and purpose. My greatest joy, aside from my relationship with God and my family, is serving others through encouragement, teaching, empowerment, and motivation. I believe with all of my heart that our world is truly waiting for great leaders to emerge; people who have the capacity and grace to bring influence, impact, and transformation to their respective spheres of culture. Whether you are a church leader, a business person, leadership organization, or event coordinator, my goal is to serve you, and those you lead.

A Little Bit About Me

For more than 15 years, I’ve been traveling the world speaking to audiences of all backgrounds and walks of life; bringing them a message of hope, healing, transformation, and the development of their personal potential. I strongly believe that every person is endowed by God with great purpose, and a particular assignment in life. Every individual, and every organization is born to solve a problem or address a need. My message is one that empowers every individual to heal the wounds of the past, transform their minds, unlock their potential, and become fully activated in their place of significance.

I have written several books and training curriculum. Our flagship book and teaching, ‘The Ties That Bind’, has impacted the lives of thousands of people all over the world. I also have a podcast called, “Strategic Living”. This is a weekly podcast where we bring you teaching, interviews, resources, and other developmental content created to grow, challenge, and stretch you as you become more of what God designed you to be.

I also produce a weekly video blog called ‘Monday Mastery’. These short ‘power’ segments are designed to give you a shot in the arm as you begin each week. I cover topics like time management, personal development, the 7 Mountains, relationship with the Father, and so much more.

I have been married to my beautiful wife, Sabrina, for over 25 years. We have two amazing children, Christian and Abigail. We live outside of Dallas, Texas. Aside from my work, I enjoy reading, traveling, and all things aviation. I am a Commercial pilot, and have been flying for over 23 years.

I speak on topics related to wholeness and healing, personal development, awakening dreams, and living a life of extreme purpose and influence. I speak for churches in a more general context, and bring years of pastoral and leadership experience to the table. We also conduct leadership forums around the world, and have a great passion for developing leaders in all areas of influence. My goal is to facilitate the outcome you want to create.
