Seminar Registration Refunds and Cancellations
Registration fees may be refunded, less $25 for handling, for written cancellations postmarked, emailed, or faxed by 5 p.m. up to three business days before the seminar. No refunds will be provided after that date, but you will receive the coursebook. You may send a substitute (e.g., someone from your firm) in lieu of canceling.
WSBA-CLE Product Return, Refund Policy
All returns and/or requests for refunds must be received within 30 days of delivery of the product to you. If there is a defect in the condition of the product(s), we will promptly replace the product(s) or the portion(s) required, without charge. Please call us at 206-733-5918 or email orders@wsba.org. If you wish to return a product for any other reason, we must receive it in resalable condition (as determined by us) in order to issue a refund (minus shipping and a $25 restocking fee for print publications).
