Since you think that the government must take a hand in getting you a girlfriend (OK, you and every other man who can't get one on his own), why shouldn't they take a hand in getting friends for people who can't find them on their own? You're asking for a government-run escort service, or dating agency, or whatever, to help men find girlfriends. Why not government-run coffee shops, cinemas, gaming rooms, or whatever, to help people make friends? Why is it just about incels?

Why? Just curious. Why would a lifelong inability to make friends be easier to cure than a lack of romantic partner? I'd think that it would be harder for a friendless person in both sets of circumstances. How could you form a romantic attachment if you don't understand friendship? My wife is my best friend, and has been since we met. Friendship has to be part of romance, or it won't last. But hey, incel is your thing, so I can see that you wouldn't want anybody else crowding your scene.
