Howard Dean is batshit insane Democrat who tried to become president of America in 2004, but lost in the primaries because people realized that he's even more of an incompetent lunatic than the man he wanted to run against, the one and only George "Dubya" Bush.

Dean was one of the first politicians to use the internets in his campaign. All this achieved, however, was to alert users who weren't cocksucking fanboys to the fact that he has the IQ, diction and looks of an artificially retarded rhesus monkey and he promptly failed.

Scientists have found that the Dean's call of "BYEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGHHHHH!!!" can be heard from up to seven miles away, and is speculated to be used to attract mates and frighten rivals. Recent findings, however, suggest the call is used mostly to inform other members of the troop where the Dean is going (usually New Hampshire and Idaho).

More recently, Dean has shown off his complete and utter incompetence as a government official by falsely claiming that "Hate Speech" is not protected by the first amendment and by peddling crackpot conspiracy theories about how the Green Party's Jill Stein was actually a Russian agent who was planted by Vladimir Putin to help The Donald "steal" the 2016 Election victory from scandal-ridden Wall Street whore, proven election-rigger and all-around unpleasant person Hillary Clinton.
