These are the annals of the Rise and Fall of  Is Anyone Up, now huntermoore.tv, a site where people can submit Child Pornography. Run by known scumbag  Hunter Moore (archive), Is Anyone Up was set up so that butthurt guys could get back at their underage girlfriends, and subsequently ruin their lives, by posting their noods along with their Facebook information for the whole internet to see.

In the Beginning, Slutty Women Sent Men Their Nudes...

In the year of our sperglord 2010, a website entitled IsAnyoneUp.com surfaced in the bowels of the Internet. It began as a lulzy attempt to shame the ex-girlfriends of Hunter Moore and his friends (Read: alleviate the ache in the anus of some retards unable to keep their bitches) by revealing their nude photos. Given the titanic amounts of butthurt that always develop between impotent rejects and hoes, the website was predictably inundated with submissions by the end of the first month. And due to Moore's involvement in the disgusting and shitty Post-Hardcore and Metalcore movements and use of ad space to promote such bands, the site took on an even more disgusting scene flavor and was filled with tattooed women flashing their pierced snatches. Yay!

Many of the nudes were self-submitted in a predictable turn of the events as third-wave feminism, in an incredibly clever move to disassociate the term "sluts" with “women who make poor decisions concerning their vaginas” by posting pics of their own coochies and turd guillotines online.

As per usual, when a woman gets upset over stupid decisions she made, you know it's only a matter of time before the cops and the media get involved. A cunt called Charlotte Laws, fittingly an animal right's advocate, prompted the FBI to launch an investigation into Moore, claiming her daughter's nudes were hacked by some mysterious hacker. Or something. Of course, that was infinitely preferable to reconciling with the fact her daughter took pictures of her pooter and cooter and shipped them off to some young lad who then turned out not to be the consummate gentleman he convinced her he was. For shame.

Despite Moore's attempts to curate submissions and avoid posting minors (or more like to not give a fuck and fap furiously) some slipped past the diligent attention of the coke-head, distracted by his failed attemps at wanking with his limp noodle. That said, he can't be blamed as most of the women had skanky tats which are generally a decent indicator of whether a woman is of legal age to piss off daddy. Or perhaps she just found a shady tat parlor and learned how to forge a signature. Or to suck some pierced cock.

Amidst all of this, IsAnyoneUp was shut down unexpectedly overnight on April 19 and instead redirected to a post by Moore on Bullyville (now baleeted.)

“	It's been a little over a year from the first post on Is Anyone Up and its crazy to think that the few posts I did with my friends to get back at a few girls that broke our hearts would turn into what it did. I started the site with zero dollars, I had -$120 in my bank account and had to ask my mom for her credit card to pay for the $9 Server bill. Running this site has been an uphill battle to say the least. From the Server Company's bills to the lawyers taking people's money promising they could get your images down to Facebook, PayPal, Live Nation, A Day to Remember and the countless others who tried to shut me down, beat me up or the girl who stabbed me and yet we are still here. The site was started for the scene and I tried to keep it that way as long as I could by supporting bands and giving them reasonable prices on ad space. The bills were getting too insane and I had to turn to the porn game for extra money but it's too shady and, in my opinion, it ruined the site. That and my appearance on Anderson Cooper didn't help. The site was a blessing for me and still is, but I am burned out and I honestly can't take another underage kid getting submitted and having to go through the process of reporting it and dealing with all the legal drama of that situation. To everyone who got a tattoo, bought a shirt, wrote on your body, self-submitted or came to a party, I truly thank you for the support. Without your support, the site would not have been what it was. To all the girls who submitted those band guy's and too all the guys who submitted the groupies, you made the Internet fun again. We Got #NBHNC trending on twitter, bands to make music videos about us and a lifetime ban for me on Facebook. Since we launched Isanyoneup.com a year ago, we received over 500 million page views. Girls got naked of all sizes at the IAU parties; we did it from Canada to Vegas. You made it possible for me to have the best life and made me realize what people will do for a few extra friend requests & followers on twitter. I'll miss a lot of things but mostly the community. I never got to take in everything while it was happening because it was going so fast even though there was drama and lots of tears and pissed off parents, I feel blessed and thankful for all of you who came here to support me. I've become friends with the founder of BullyVille, CupidVille, CheaterVille and KarmaVille and he helped me realize that my talents in the programming and social networking world could be channeled in a positive way and we spoke about ways to move on, which is ultimately what I've decided to do. I might do some writing on bullyville.com to help people who have been bullied; I've been on both sides of the fence. I am putting this message up on Bullyville.com to stand up for underage bullying. I think it's important that everyone realizes the damage that online bullying can cause. I would love to write everything here but I can't. “	I'd like to begin by commending Hunter Moore for having the courage to write this letter, knowing that he's going to face a massive amount of negativity for doing so. I've known Hunter for quite some time now, and the fact of the matter is that he's a very smart guy. While he has been misguided, he is very astute and socially observant. His ability to not only capture the attention of young people, but to spur them into action as well, is truly unique in an era where social media makes it so easy to be a passive consumer of information. After spending some time with him, Hunter realized that Isanyoneup.com became the same exact bullying he created the site to retaliate against. One of my companies, CheaterVille.com, is constantly accused of bullying. I disagree, as do the millions of people who use its free service. CheaterVille.com provides a public service to people by warning them about the narcissistic and predatory individuals who use online dating sites to find innocent victims. The dating market is a marketplace like any other, and it is improved by information - including data on people who claim they are single when they are in fact married, have kids, or in some instances, conceals an STD. I'm sure I will have to deal with public blowback just as much as Hunter will. But, I can sum up this ordeal quite simply: IsAnyoneUp.com served no public good. That is why it is offline. There are millions of women and men who are thankful that Isanyoneup.com is no longer online. Lawyers and massive companies have tried unsuccessfully to remove it from the Internet. BullyVille was able to work with Hunter to get this done. Telling someone that they're doing something wrong but refusing to help them make it right doesn't solve anyone's problem. Through cooperation though, the problem of IsAnyoneUp.com is now solved. And so the people collectively celebrated/mourned. But as the Big Neckbeard says: "Those who sow in tears shall reap with shouts of joy", because then in December, it all came howling back as Moore announced the site would be back up.

Bullyville was horrified that they had been lied to while the rest of the internet chuckled that they never got the joke.

"I will literally f*cking buy a first class f*cking plane ticket right now, eat an amazing meal, buy a gun in New York and f*cking kill whoever said that. I will burn down f*cking the Village Voice headquarters if you f*cking write anything saying I have an FBI investigation." And lets not forget about his comment to Gawker during an interview, and I quote, “I’m gonna sound like the most evil motherf***er-let’s be real for a second: If somebody killed themselves over being on the site do you know how much money I’d make? At the end of the day, I do not want anybody to hurt themselves. But if they do? Thank you for the money.” Back in April of this year, I convinced Hunter to shut down his now infamous “isanyoneup.com” revenge porn website for a nominal fee. Hunter was so convincing that he was going to turn over a new leaf and be an advocate against bullying, especially underage bullying. Within 72 hours of that transaction being complete, Hunter was on Twitter cyber bullying kids worse than ever before. Telling kids that they should “kill themselves” using vulgar, racist language and advocating more violence and revenge. I should have known that his attention would eventually turn to me. And turn it did. Moore, starved for attention, went on an online rampage accusing me (amongst other things) of being a pedophile. I was with my wife and two baby boys when his defamatory tweets came through. I shudder to think what the Marine in me might have done if Hunter was standing right in front of me. But you know what, that’s not the right answer; violence is a weak medicine when fighting a bully like Hunter Moore. I took the high road and didn’t even bother to respond. Instead of making an anger fueled decision, I studied Moore. Once I looked for his weaknesses, they were easy to find, #brainsoverbullies. Moore’s world revolves around his Twitter account. It was horrifying to see how many of his followers retweeted his defamatory comments with even nastier ones. And then came the straw that broke the camel’s back. As if accusing me of pedophilia wasn’t bad enough, Hunter Moore threatened to rape my wife while my kids watched. He has now been served with a defamation lawsuit and has restraining orders filed against him in two States. He can add this to his ever growing criminal record. Anyone who retweeted Hunter’s pedophile comments and added their own can also expect to be served with a defamation lawsuit. ”Internet Tough Guys” are also legally accountable for their actions. Hunter and some of his followers now realize this, along with their parents since some of his followers appear to be under the age of 18. You would think that Hunter would have learned his lesson about receiving naked photos of possibly underage girls on his Twitter account or via email after the FBI raided his house (actually his parents’ house since he still lives at home, he's 26) but apparently not. Here at BullyVille, we’ve decided to turn this darkness into light. We’ll soon be launching a brand new site for isanyoneup.com that not only shows the history and eventual dismantling of this disturbing website, but also brings valuable information to people who have been wronged by similar behavior. We are also putting together a class action lawsuit against Hunter, on behalf of all the victims from Isanyoneup or any other social media that he used to directly harass and intimidate people. We’re doing this mostly for the completely powerless, underage women who were verbally harassed after Hunter posted their completely naked, unedited photos on his site. Hunter Moore pissed me off long before he came after me and my family because he picked on those who he thought couldn’t fight back. I tried to use positivity to stop that, and I actually (naively) thought it worked. Now that he’s crossed the line with his personal attacks against me and my family, there’s no turning back, I won't let him. I once believed that a stint in the military might be a good option to get Hunter back on track, but unfortunately, he became ineligible after his recent arrest for head butting a woman in a nightclub in New York. And that sums up what kind of bully he is. He preys on those who he perceives as weak, but this time he’s not getting away with it Do I have your undivided attention Hunter? Do you clearly understand what is happening to you right now? I’m standing up to a bully, and that bully is you. Sometimes you have to be a bully to beat a bully. I’m reclaiming the innocence you so recklessly stole from these innocent young girls whose lives you’ve destroyed. Strong people stand up for themselves but the strongest people stand up for others. I’m really looking forward to seeing you in court as are some of the underage girls who you’ve publicly tormented. All of the money that we win from these multiple lawsuits against you will be donated to battered women’s shelters across the United States. Let this serve as a constant reminder to you that it’s never right, under any circumstance, to hit or disrespect a woman. Now I realize that you don’t have any money, but after we win these judgments against you, any money you do earn in the future will go towards this charity. So you just go right ahead and launch that new website that you keep telling everyone about. October 31st, right Hunter? Your "investors" might as well just write a check to our charity because that's exactly where their money will be going when we're done with you. Oh, and the only thing you have left– your beloved social media, that’s going away too. Your Isanyoneup twitter account is going to be shut down shortly – and I’m 100% responsible for that. You see Hunter, you’re violating the trademarks that I now have in place for Isanyoneup and IAU. You might want to go read the fine print of that contract you signed. Remember your lifetime ban from Facebook? Well that also includes any other page you try to hide behind, including your current IAU2 Community Facebook page, say goodbye to that as well. By the way Hunter, when you’re retweeting the completely nude photos of girls, are you verifying that each one of them is at least 18 years of age? I didn’t think so; add that to your list of problems for today. You might want to go familiarize yourself with Federal penal code 18 USC sect 2255. And Hunter your tweet about “leaking emails” between the two of us during the acquisition of your website would be so welcomed. Assuming you don’t create fake email interactions, which you’ve done in the past, you will be violating, yet again, the terms of the agreement which included a confidentiality clause. Any rational person doesn’t believe a word that comes out of your mouth, including the amount you’re claiming to your “fans” and the media that your revenge porn website was purchased for. Once again Hunter you’re on the main stage. Enjoy yet another 15 minutes of infamy, it will most likely be your last. Karma is right around the corner anxiously awaiting your arrival.
