Eddie Farah is the founding partner of the personal injury law firm Farah & Farah located in Jacksonville, Florida, where he was born and raised. For over three decades, Mr. Farah has been a tireless advocate for people who have suffered a personal injury or lost a loved one due to another party’s recklessness or wrongdoing.
He strongly believes in representing ordinary people who deserve the same legal rights and protections as the largest organizations and corporations in the U.S. His passionate representation and relentless work ethic over the years has earned him the respect of his clients and peers.

After obtaining his law degree in 1979 from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law, Mr. Farah was admitted into the Florida Bar that same year, and began representing clients in personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and other injury cases. His successes and the significant settlements he has obtained on behalf of his clients has earned him a number of accolades, such as being voted “Best Lawyer” in Jacksonville by Folio Weekly.
Eddie Farah is well-known for his driven-to-win attitude, as well as his compassionate and respectful approach to working with clients.
His primary focus when working with clients is to help each person receive justice and get back on their feet despite the challenges presented by corporations and insurance companies.
In addition to protecting the rights of accident victims and consumers, Mr. Farah supports a variety of community programs and organizations in Florida, such as Farah’s Readers are Leaders, and Jacksonville Area Legal Aid.
Eddie Farah hosts a weekly radio talk show called The Consumer Law Hour on the local Jacksonville station WOKV. During each show, Mr. Farah discusses the latest legal news and answers callers’ questions in order to make complex legal topics accessible to listeners.
