[MISC] Brock Lesnar’s First MMA Opponent

As originally mentioned in Reverend Sick’s MMA column, Brock Lesnar’s first mixed martial arts opponent may be none other than Bob Sapp.

MMAWeekly.com’s Ryan Bennett spoke with Lesnar while in Las Vegas for the weekend’s K-1 event, and the former WWE Undisputed Champ said he was hoping to work out a deal to face Bob Sapp.

Sapp, who played one NFL game with the Chicago Bears, and trained at the WCW Power Plant before becoming a star in Japan, has held the IWGP Heavyweight Title (New Japan) that Brock currently holds.
