If anyone at Cloudflare wants to get in touch though, I have the design documents and proof of concept for a version of Cloudflare that is 100% not responsible for (or able to censor) its users, with no liability for themselves. It's truly glorious. It can also be structured like a Usenet-style federated network, if anyone's interested in packaging and selling it like that.
