Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) trainers coordinate training for fee-for-service providers who provide services for people enrolled in Minnesota Health Care Programs (MHCP). This page is updated regularly to reflect upcoming provider workshops.
Learn about the new web-based application for submitting and managing enrollment records. Register for training about the MPSE portal that is in development.
MHCP offers in-person training workshop sessions in both computer laboratory (lab) sites and group presentations, depending on the training curriculum.
Computer lab sessions give attendees the ability to participate using one of our computers. An instructor leads attendees in navigating through the DHS website, locating information and using the MHCP provider information, other related website pages and internet-based applications including, but not limited to, the MN–ITS application. Participants are welcome to bring problem claim issues for additional help from the instructor at the end of the session.
MHCP provides training locations and parking information in each session detail.
