The 2013-2014 gaps analysis study gathered input from counties, tribal nations and managed cage organizations (MCOs) about the capacity of Minnesota publicly funded service delivery systems to support all Minnesotans. The individual reports by geographic area include actual responses provided by each agency.
There are 79 individual reports. These reports include responses from one tribal nation and all 87 counties: 74 individual county human services agencies and four multi-county human services agencies. Comments from MCOs serving the identified geographic area are also included.
