World champion Judd Trump will face Shaun Murphy in Sunday's International Championship final in China.
Trump beat two-time winner Mark Selby while Murphy overcame Northern Ireland's Mark Allen.
Trump, who replaced Ronnie O'Sullivan as world number one earlier this week, won 9-4 in Daqing on Friday.
Saturday's second semi-final saw Murphy celebrate his 37th birthday by beating Allen, the tournament's defending champion, 9-6.
Murphy had led 8-4 before Allen won two straight frames to threaten a fightback. However, a break of 66 saw Murphy clinch the deciding frame.
Trump had started slowly on Friday and trailed 3-1 but got back into the game before roaring ahead with a dominant spell in which he won four frames in a row with breaks of 97, 108, 97 and 116.
"It was probably somewhere near how I was playing to win the World Championship," said Trump.
