Screen Damage

Accidents happen. Sometimes a screen can get cracked or shattered. We’re here to help. If you are not covered by AppleCare+ we will repair your iPhone using Apple’s mail in program. This process takes up to two weeks. While your iPhone is being repaired, a loaner phone will be made available. (if you have Apple Care+ and do not wish to use up one of your incidents, the mail in program is still available.)

Your data is important. Be sure to back up your iPhone before you get service.

Screen repairs are normally caused by accidental damage, which isn’t covered by the Apple One Year Limited Warranty. If your screen cracks due to a manufacturing defect, it’s covered by our warranty and consumer law. AppleCare+ covers two incidents of accidental damage with a service fee. Other Damage

Repair pricing depends on the diagnosis and your coverage under warranty or AppleCare+. If your issue is covered under warranty or AppleCare+ and was not caused by accidental damage, there’s no charge.

Issues caused by accidental damage aren’t covered under the Apple Limited Warranty. These prices apply only to repairs made by Apple. Other service providers may set their own prices. A $30.00 CAD shipping fee will be added if your repair requires shipping and isn’t covered under warranty or AppleCare+. All fees are in Canadian dollars and exclude local tax.

Battery Service
