Audra Wilks
Sales Associate
"I am an award-winning, top-producing agent, but all that doesn’t matter if my clients aren’t happy; they’re my number one priority. This job isn’t about the money, it’s about helping others achieve their dreams and building meaningful relationships along the way."
Audra was the first sales associate to join the Kelly Price & Company team in August 2002. With over 14 years of experience, her achievements in real estate have generated over $80 million in sales. She helped build the success of the company and contributed to them climbing the charts to become one of the top real estate agencies in the area.
Audra's professional sales background began at Paychex before being recruited to open a payroll division for Zurich, called Zurich Payroll Solutions, and several years later her skill set lead her to lead a new PEO division at a local firm then known as Kuykendall Insurance Group. Soon after, Kelly Price met Audra and not only became her friend, but also her realtor. After selling her a home, Kelly recruited Audra to join her team that she was in the process of creating and helped transfer her talents to the real estate industry.
Audra’s approach to any transaction is “...it’s about the people, not the agent.” Passionate about her client's goals, she uses energy, hard work and creative service in every detail of all real estate transactions. Her exceptionally loyal clientele, personal referrals and repeat customer service have been the paradigm of her success. As a skilled negotiator, the experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become an issue makes her a closer.
In the little free time she has, Audra devotes a ton of time and energy to charitable and philanthropic causes, something she's done since age 14. She served on the board for the Buoniconti Cure for Paralysis, and was a founding co-chair for the annual "Art of the Vine" fundraiser to benefit "New Hope for Kids." She is most proud of her involvement with the Florida Chapter of the Special Olympics, serving her 10th year as a charter member of the host committee of the annual fundraiser, "Jack in the Park," which last year raised more than $1,000,000. This year Audra was a team leader for the new Orlando Special Olympics event called "Rosemary's Challenge," where 70+ Orlando women leaders raised over $72,000 for Special Olympics Florida.
Audra has received numerous awards for her dedication to this industry including the 5 Star Professional Award— 2013, 2012 and 2011, Top Producing Realtor at Kelly Price & Company — 2016, 2015, 2014, 2012 and 2011, and is also recognized in Orlando Magazine's 2016 Hot 100 list of the premier realtor’s in the Central Florida area. Audra’s top personal achievement is raising her 4-year-old son, Hudson!
Audra, who is actively working towards her Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Broker designations, specializes primarily in the Winter Park, College Park, Maitland and Altamonte Springs markets and wherever a referral takes her. "Audra is one truly talented individual who would be successful in anything she pursues" says Kelly Price. “We're delighted she selected real estate and Kelly Price & Company.”
