Hey folks in South Brevard: There's a new culinary escape in your territory, and if you're looking for fresh seafood and other interesting entrees (pesto-crusted chicken, anyone?), Watermark Grille might just suit your fancy.
Folks in other parts of Brevard, you'll want to take notice, too. Watermark Grille is worth a road trip.
Owners Peter and Tricia Worthy describe their quaint restaurant on U.S. 1 in Malabar as "warm, eclectic, homey, comfortable."
The 65-seat eatery is set up to feel like you're stepping into someone's home, with a baby grand piano, sturdy wooden tables and chairs and comfy living room-like seating areas.

Watermark's well-curated menu features creative, reasonably priced dishes such as herb goat cheese fritters ($10), chili-crusted shrimp ($12), pesto-crusted chicken ($18), and cast iron pork loin served over artichoke-infused mashed potatoes ($17).
"Food is always fresh, the flavors are clean and pure, the plating presentation is beautiful," the Wortheys said.
