Very good value for the cost.
They recently reduced the number of plugins available on their membership, but the quality of the remainder has improved. Their monthly subscription may seem pricey at first, but the quality of their plugins and support is well worth it. Especially as there is an unlimited number of sites they can be installed on.

They do not allow additional trials for…
They do not allow additional trials for designers who are looking for plugins for their clients. But then, they no longer allow trying out plugins except some free ones on WordPress. I was not aware of this as I hadn't used them in some time. However I tried to see what their whitelabel plugin was like. So I set out to do a trial and see where the company is these days. Well, their screens did a switch cause they recognized my credit card and they promptly billed me for a subscription. There was no confirmation screen saying I was about to make a purchase and boom my phone went off saying I just got billed. There support claimed I had a refund last year which is true. I did a trial but got no where and then the time lapsed and it billed me. I let them know I didn't need the service and they took care of it. I think it might have been Smush I tried but it went no where. They dug up my past records to show I had used them. before. It's like yeah. I was a paid member for some time. So why are you taking my money cause I want to see where you're at today for a client of mine. Nope. No go. We got your money and you get nothing for it. Just awful. Why would you punish someone who is shopping plugins for a client??? I'll never use them again.
They keep hammering on about me having several trials. Over the years I have actually had more trials of your service than what you listed. I also trial Adobe software every year for 20 years!! What planet are you on??? I was a paying member for nearly a year. What are you complaining about? When a designer has many clients over the years, do you NOT want us to trial you plugins for our clients?????? Have I taken anything from you? WordPress world is all about trialing plugins for clients. What's your problem WPMUDEV???? You ripped me off. Plain and simple.
Where is your record of me being a paying client for many months?
Did your team talk about options for designers? No! Your team just treated me badly. I was on your site for mere minutes before you were charging me and I flagged it to your team immediately. Does that sound like a guy who is trying to fraud you?????? There are numerous clients you took money from without rendering any service to them. YOU MUST PROVIDE VALUE!!

I reviewed your case and note that you have had around 6 accounts with us that all had trials. You’ve also been issued refunds in the past too.
You agree when signing up to one trial, these are part of the terms you agree to by using our service. We use various fraud filters to that detect and link accounts together, this also prevents multiple trials.
Furthermore, when you used the same credit card our system informed you that we only allow one trial per person/company, and that you would be charged immediately. Deliberately creating additional accounts with different credit cards to circumvent this is against our terms of service.
We do welcome customers to contact us should they wish to take out further trials, each case is then judged on its own merits. We do often provide second and in some cases even third trials where longer periods of time have elapsed.
We believe in providing exceptional customer service and support, and we always endeavour to uphold incredibly high standards. However, offering unlimited free trials is not a sustainable business model.

Amazing Support! I joined mostly for the plugins and I didn't expect that the support would be so fab. The best part of WPMUDev is that you can ask them for help with anything to do with Wordpress. Today Katya helped me resolve a conflict between understrap and The Events Calendar.

phenomenal service & products
WPMU Dev is phenomenal; I cannot tell you how many times they've fixed issues I've caused or helped me when I'm stuck, including on 3rd-party products. Their plugins are great; I've put most of them to use and will no doubt use more of them when the need arises.
I cannot fault them at all, they genuinely care for their customers, and the customer service is outstanding. Thank you, WPMU Dev!

This is an unbelievable service
This is an unbelievable service. The support is like nothing you've ever seen. These guys have helped me with so many Wordpress and theme and plugin issues. I've saved probably thousands of dollars thanks to VPMU DEV awesome support staff. Can't say enough great things about them. I'm also learning a lot as a result of their support. No question is stupid. As a newbee these guys are beyond helpful.
