Wellness Recovery Action Plan® (WRAP) 1: 2-Day Workshop
Wellness Recovery Action Plan®, or WRAP®, is an evidence-based system that is used world-wide by people who are dealing with mental health and other health challenges, to attain their highest possible level of wellness. WRAP® involves listing your personal resources, your Wellness Tools, and then using those resources to develop Action Plans to use in specific situations which are determined by you. WRAP® has its roots in the mental health peer movement and is adaptable to any situation. WRAP® also includes a Crisis Plan or Advance Directive. WRAP® is universal ― it is for anyone, any time, and for any of life’s challenges. Your WRAP® is written by and for you, putting you in the “driver’s seat” of your wellness journey.
WRAP® 1 teaches participants to develop their own plan for personal use, and is a pre-requisite for those interested in WRAP® Facilitator Training. To learn more about the WRAP® model, click here.
