Eureka College women's basketball player Hayley Reneau became the third player in program history to win Player of the Year honors in the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.

A senior guard from Washington who played two seasons at Illinois Central College, Reneau was also named to the SLIAC All-Defensive Team in addition to making the all-conference first team for the second year in a row.

The five-player All-SLIAC first team also featured Greenville junior forward Wesley Woodard of Tremont, the leading scorer (13.7 ppg) on a team that won the regular-season title at 15-1.

The second team included Eureka guards and former Brimfield players Kerrigan Dura, a senior, and sister Kennedy Dura, a sophomore.

Reneau averaged 21.4 points per game, which ranks 12th in NCAA Division III. She also led the SLIAC with 3.88 steals per game, which ranks eighth nationally.

Reneau joins Nicole Fisher in 2008 and Caty Eeten in 2012 as Eureka recipients of the Player of the Year honor.

For the second consecutive season, sophomore guard Ashley Harfst was the Red Devils' representative on the SLIAC All-Sportsmanship Team.
