Askin, geologist, Byrd Polar Research Center, Ohio State University, who, 1970-2000, worked in such diverse parts of Antarctica as Antarctic Peninsula, South Shetland Islands, Victoria Land and the Transantarctic Mountains, including the general vicinity of this mountain. |
