    I couldn't even find stats on how many fellows are at MSU to calculate their representation ratio. In any case, they only get 1 rep.

    Representation on the Provost Search Committee = 20 faculty & staff for 5,722 peers; 1 grad for 10,928 peers; and 1 undergrad for 39,423 peers. Numbers certainly aren't everything on a search committee, but this situation requires caring vigilance.
