As a partner, Jason is the head of the firm’s litigation practice group. He joined the company in 2004. Jason represents clients in a variety of litigation matters, including commercial contract, intellectual property, unfair trade practices, close corporation, noncompetition, employment, corporate dissolution and insurance cases. He also assists corporations and individuals in negotiating and drafting nondisclosure, noncompetition and licensing agreements, as well as counseling clients on how to minimize or avoid litigation exposure.
