    As a Realty Assistant (CM/OA), your typical work assignments and/or responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

    • Communicates with beneficiaries, lessees, land owners and other interested parties about the process options, documentation, and other needs that may be associated with contracting activities.
    • Perform work consisting of technical duties with continuing responsibility for projects, questions, or problems that arise within the realty program.
    • Serves as an assistant assuming a wide responsibility of technical duties, i.e., proceeding with advertisement/ publications, verifying data to process applications for contract under immediate supervisor.
    • Accepts applications for realty associated activity, providing technical assistance and information in response to inquiries to assure regulatory compliance.
    • Screens incoming correspondence, prepares and processes replies to routine inquiries and assembles any required supplemental material and submits for signature.
    • Provides assistance to Indians who apply for the sale of land, patents in fee, exchanges, partitionments, removal of restrictions, and return to trust status of fee lands.

    Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.
