Generally a fairly good way to get from point A to point B, except for routine service inconsistenci...es at the Castro Valley BART Station. Buses frequently run 15-20 minutes behind schedule, occasionally do not show up at all within 30+ minutes of the published times, and seem to practice 'driver's discretion' on where to stop/park at the transit plaza. Highly non recommendable service. Unreliable unprofessional service. 90% never on time, no show of c...oaches. Do not plan your day trusting these useless buses in Union city. See More

Honestly, this has to be the worst public transportation system I've ever used. The F line is comple...tely undependable, which is unacceptable considering it only comes once every half hour. I literally waited an hour for a bus that never came. A disgrace. See More
