A bank robbery in Deerfield Beach was not the first heist for James Andrew Phillips, according to federal investigators. Following his capture on Monday, Phillips told the feds he was recently released from prison after 22 years for an earlier bank robbery and that he couldn't find a job and was desperate for money.
