If I may offer my opinion. During my time with WSP I constantly rely on 3^rd party consultants to complete tasks outside the realm of WSP’s internal disciplines. Hence my relationship with Dave Gieg and staff at the (Scott Land) Edmonton office. The personal and efficient efforts I receive from Dave are nothing short of exceptional. While others fall short and cause delays in my project scheduling resulting in cost overruns, I’ve yet to have any concerns regarding the performance of service I receive from Dave’s group in Edmonton. What ever culture you direct and implement…please keep doing what you’re doing…… It works!!  Thank you for that.
