THIS SERVICE SHOULD NOT BE USED FOR EMERGENCY REPORTING

The Campus Conduct Hotline®

You can use this service to make your institution aware of concerns that you might be uncomfortable raising in any other way. These concerns may be about possible fraudulent, unethical or unlawful conduct, including sexual misconduct, you have experienced or witnessed. You may submit your concern or incident anonymously.

Through CCH your concerns will be relayed anonymously to one or more of your institution’s authorized recipients who will investigate and act upon it in an appropriate way.

Campus Conduct Hotline® may be used by anyone in the campus community. Please note that if your concern relates to your terms and conditions of employment or is a disciplinary or grievance matter, then you should follow the established policies already in place in your institution. If you would like to know more about how Campus Conduct Hotline® works for your institution, you can reference information used to introduce the program at your institution or you can seek out a copy of your institution’s Code of Conduct.

Leaving A Message

When making your report please try to answer as many of the questions below as you can in your message; this will help your institution address your concerns as quickly and effectively as possible:

What has happened?
Where and when did it happen?
Who was involved?
Have you told anyone else about it?

When you submit your incident using the below form, you will be provided with a unique case number and password that you can use to retrieve the reply from your institution or to leave additional information. If you opt to provide your email address, an automated reply email will be sent containing your case number.

If you have documents you want to share, you can either copy them from your computer into your message, send them by fax to 1-800-232-9236 (US) or email them to info@getintouch.com. If you fax or email any documents, be sure to include the case number to which they relate.
