Ms. Nidhi Razdan, Executive Editor of NDTV Limited and its Diplomatic Correspondent, will conduct a one-day workshop on “Getting the Story and Understanding the Camera” on September 8 in the GDGU campus.
Ms Razdan, who is one of India’s most well-known television journalists and anchors the hugely popular show Left Right and Centre, will share her knowledge and experience with the School of Communication students in the day long workshop.
She will be assisted by another well-known NDTV personality, Ms. Manika Raikwar. Ms Raikwar is the Managing Editor, NDTV 24X7, and Editor, Integration, NDTV Group. She not only editorially runs the English News Channel but also helps out in Special Projects, Marketing and revenue generation of the group.
An alumni and post graduate of Mass Communication School at Jamia Millia Islamia, Ms Raikwar is about to finish two and a half decades in the business of news.
This is the first of the ten workshops that will be conducted by top NDTV editors and anchors as part of the agreement that the GD Goenka University has entered with NDTV Worldwide to train the students of the School of Communication in television journalism.
