We hope you are keeping well. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience as we deal with the changes brought on by Covid-19.

Governor Brown announced a temporary order requiring certain health care providers, including dental offices, to discontinue all non-emergency procedures. Timelines and conditions regarding the “stay home, stay healthy” measures have been fairly fluid as this crisis unfolds, and we are monitoring the situation very closely. We sincerely hope that with strong leadership and individual discipline, the current quarantine measures will curtail the spread of this disease and we will return to work much sooner than projected.

In compliance with this temporary order, Rogue Valley Implant Center will limit our appointments to those patients who are experiencing a true emergency. A clinical emergency at RVIC includes:

  • - A failed dental implant: symptoms of a failed implant include increased pain, swelling, and/or an implant becoming mobile.
  • - Infection following a surgical procedure: signs of infection include increased pain, swelling, increased bleeding and/or fever
  • - Broken, or ill-fitting dentures that are causing pain

If you are experiencing an urgent clinical problem please reach out to us at 541-841-2917. I assure you that we will do everything possible to keep you comfortable during this time.

We will spend the next few weeks contacting each of our patients that are currently scheduled for upcoming appointments. We truly appreciate your continued patience with us while we do our very best to handle this difficult situation.

If you have any general questions, or questions regarding your treatment or scheduling, please contact our office at (541) 292 5850. We will be answering the phone and returning voicemails Tuesday through Thursday from 10:00-4:00pm.

We hope that each of us will do our part to help flatten the curve so that those we love will remain healthy and return to normalcy as soon as possible. We appreciate your cooperation as we do our best to protect the health and safety of all our patients and staff.

Our Core Values

  1. Everyone you meet is family

We believe every patient is someone's mother, father, son, or daughter. Everyone is important and deserves to be treated so. Regardless of social status, race, gender, or anything else, we all deserve to be treated with respect and compassion.

2. Fly a laser to Glendale, Arizona

In my previous job, in additional to clinical dentistry, I helped teach doctors the principles of implantology. I also worked with our training team in providing doctors with the equipment they need to serve their patients. One day I got a call regarding a laser we sent through a private delivery service. It was damaged in transit. The doctor was upset and patients would need to be rescheduled to accommodate the disappointment. My team and I put our heads together and found a solution. Within 3 hours of that phone call, a private airplane was rented, a pilot hired and a new replacement laser was delivered 650 miles to the doctor's door step. No patients needed to be rescheduled.  We are committed to overwhelming you with our focus on customer service. We will go the extra mile, or 650 miles, every time!

3. Disney Movie SoundTracks

I have great memories of arriving at work extra early to prepare for a large case or leaving work extra late following an after-hours emergency to the sound of staff members  singing Disney movie theme songs. At first, I thought it was funny. How can these grown adults at 6 AM or 8 PM be so enthusiastic to break out in song? I recall driving home one night reflecting on their unusual singing habit. I was proud of my staff and their willingness to work not just hard but with a smile on their face and, literally, a song in their heart! We are committed to not just working hard for you, but working with a smile and a contagious spirit of enthusiasm and passion for what we do.
