Biography

Ken Box finished fourth in the 1954 British Empire and Commonwealth Games 4x110 yards relay (with [Alan Lillington], [Brian Shenton], and the non-Olympian George Ellis). In the 1954 British Empire and Commonwealth Games 100 yards Box was eliminated in the heats. In the British Empire and Commonwealth Games he competed for England.

Personal Best: 100 – 10.6 (1956).
