Jon Favreau, Wife Welcome a Daughter
It's the third child for the actor and his physician wife, Joya
Actor, screenwriter and director Jon Favreau and his physician wife Joya Tillem have welcomed their third child, daughter Brighton Rose Favreau, the actor’s rep confirmed to PEOPLE.
The baby, who was born on Tuesday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, weighed 6 lbs., 13 oz. and measured 18.5 inches. Favreau celebrated the news with a posting on his MySpace blog: “Last night I had my third kid. Her name is Brighton Rose Favreau and she’s doing great.”
The couple are already parents to daughter Madelaine, 3, and son Max, 5, who is named for a character in Favreau’s 2001 comedy Made.
Favreau, 39, and Tillem, 36, a doctor at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, wed on Nov. 24, 2000, in Sonoma, Calif.
Favreau first gained fame with 1996’s Swingers, which he wrote and starred in with good buddy Vince Vaughn, with whom he reunited in the summer hit The Break-Up. He has also built a successful career behind the camera, directing movies such as 2003’s Elf and 2005’s Zathura: A Space Adventure.
